The hotel is located by the Sports stadium -some 10 mins walk down river to the main square. The Hotel and rooms are well decorated and have excellent facilities. The spa - sauna, steam room, and pool is great to relax after a day out. The staff at the hotel are wonderful - very helpful - nothing is too much trouble and all speak good English. The food and wine / beer is excellent - both breakfast and evening meals. The airport transfers are via top quality cars and drivers and cost 25 euros [not free as stated by booking.com]

Almost everything was exellent. Room are big, comfotable, the beds were too comfortable.

We did not get the same room we booked, but in the end, as an apology, we got two rooms that met our expectations.

My stay was great. Staff were very helpful. Food at breakfast was fabulous. Fresh squeezed OJ is available at a nominal cost. Custom omelet are also available for a nominal cost.I had dinner at the restaurant twice and the food was very good there too. Portions are very generous. The location was perfect. Close to the center square. The room was nice and spacious.

The bed was exceptional, breakfast was plentiful, the room had everything necessary.

The bathroom is strange to say the least, the walls are transparent glass, it has no window nor ventilation, there’s only a courtain that stops the person in the room from seeing the one in the bathroom, but even with the door closed they could hear your every move.

Breakfast and location were great. We walked a bit but it's close to the centre. Being next to the city park and the river is good for nature lovers. Service was good. Our every request was answered.

1 pillow was missing for my daughter even though I booked a room for 3 people. The pillow did not come the first time I said it and the pillow was given the second time I said it. The coffee maker was in the room but the tea pack was opened and there was no coffee at all. It was given the second time I said it. There was also a party downstairs at the bar that night, even though an apology message was left. The time of the live music lasted until 01:30 at night. It could have been finished earlier or the volume could have been lowered.

I only have good things to say. Our stay was amazing. When we arrived, we could unload out luggage at the door and then the car was valet parked. When we checked in, we got a wrong room. However, this misunderstanding was handled excellent and we got a new room. The room was amazing. The bathroom was great and the beds so soft it felt like I was on a cloud. The spa is a dream. Very nice pool, lovely sauna and a chill relaxing space. We enjoyed this after a long day! Breakfast was amazing. There were a lot of options and also really fresh. I loved every minute

Situated near the center, next to a very big stadium. Next to it is a flowing river. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean, there are enough space inside the room. You don't see yourself stuck in a small room. Breakfast has many to choose from - an open buffet. Healthy and delicious.

You cannot find a parking place easily. Ask for help from the hotel to park your vehicle. Need time to get it. You must pay extra to enter the spa. Disappointing.

The room has exceed my expectations. The location of the hotel was great, next to the national stadium and the park and at only a few minutes from the center. The staff was kind and friendly. The restaurant had very good food. The breakfast was delicious too.

I liked the facilities. The breakfast was great, the spa was also good. The customer service also good once I got there.

The number listed is not the number to call for help. I honestly was confused as I thought I was stating in an apartment. I couldn't even iron. And I had to move rooms because the heating and television didn't work and it took a little while to get me moved which caused me to be a little late. Communication while on the road traveling to the place was awful. They shouldn't list the contact number if they aren't to be contacted at that number. That's frustrating.

We stayed at Next Door Park for a night. Pretty much matched the description, we booked an Executive Suite with Arena View and three single beds. The breakfast was okay. Location was good, and everything was clean.

Got two singles and a sofa, which wasn't cool. Staff was polite but not helpful in fixing it. Besides the room hiccup, it was an okay stay, especially for the price.
