Reception was virtual- everything I asked for was arranged for me, and they were responsive no matter what time I messaged. They were extremely helpful! The apartment was big, facilities were great- no complains! Bus stops to get to tourist attractions and Skopje Central train and bus station are all within 5-9 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Bedroom was big, floor to ceiling windows, partial balcony, living room was nice, there was a small kitchen and necessary cooking utensils too. Great stay, great place!

For the money I do not think you can get much better. I simply needed a clean and comfortable room for the night, and that was exactly what I got!

The shower did not have a holder on the wall so I had to hold the shower-head in my hand for the entire duration of the shower.

This boutique hotel provided a perfect base for our visit. The room was beautiful, clean, modern with cozy ambience. The attention to details was impressive with tasteful artwork. Staff members were warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the feeling of being cared for in a smaller , personal setting.

Stevan went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. He made a trip to explain the TV remote, the hot water, & allowed us to change rooms to a lower floor. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kettle in the room. We could walk everywhere without need of transportation to see the fantastic sites of the city. Small grocery stores and small restaurants were nearby. We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately there was no availability.

The toilet seat moved so we were able to change rooms to a lower floor giving them time to get a maintenance man in to fix it.

The location is quite good and the room is big and comfortable.

The shower drain is terrible, the water would take ages to go down. That was the only big problem for me. You can’t leave your stuff there before check-in or after check-out but the managers are very nice and ready to help.

Staying at Vanilla was a true pleasure. The space felt bright, airy and well maintained. It was clean, quiet, with a cozy vibe that made it easy to relax. The team was very attentive, the self-checkin was easy.

Quality of the interior is excellent. Very cozy, comfortable flats. Coffee and tea is provided as complementary by the facility, it’s so nice.

Self check in is something I hate. The codes do not work, it’s hard to find contacts in that crisis…

It is not actually a hotel in the classic sense. There is no reception or staff onsight. However, the self check-in system works well.
