Good location if you want to both hike to Vodno cross and walk to the city center. The condition worked well, the room is quite regular for Balkans. Host was quite friendly.

I would not call these drawbacks - but it was challenging to find the entrance first (Skopje has too many colorful advertisements and hotel's one got lost). Also, underground parking is dark (no lights there) and gates are not closed. We had no accident and host mentioned it's safe, but I was worried about leaving a car there.

The hotel is in a great location, a 10-15 min walk will take you to the city centre and 2 big malls. It is also down the road from the beginning of a trail that can take you the millennium Cross that overlooks the city. The bed felt fresh and was really comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. The staff are really friendly aswell and efficient at their jobs

Not the hotels fault, but expect to be woken up by cars honking their horns early in the morning. And I'm fairly certain this wasn't the hotels fault, but there was no hot water on my second night for the shower.

Convenient location within a walking distance from downtown. Very clean and comfortable room with kettle and fridge, while drinking water was supplied at the corridor. Several bakeries around. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Easy check-in after hours. Indoor parking space free of charge.

Apparently the Booking.com price was higher than making a reservation on your own (75 Euros vs. 70 Euros for 2 nights)

The bed was very comfortable and the room was reasonably spacious. It’s in a safe area and is fairly close distance to the main attractions. The bus station is about 25 minutes on foot. Vladimir (the owner) was very helpful and gave many taxi, day trips and restaurant tips without even having to ask. Such a lovely helpful guy.

Check in could have been easier and a bit less stressful. I didn’t have access to Wi-Fi so I needed someone to call for me to be let in.

Facilities somewhat dated, no stand for the showerhead, shower drain was draining very slowly so you'd stand in a pool of water when showering

The staff was so gentle. He drew a map for our Ohrid journey, it was useful. There was a free water to drink, it was good. The location of the hotel was good, 15 minutes walking to go to the centre.

There was 3 beds, one of the beds was sofa bed. That was unconfortable

Vladimir and his sister are super friendly, helpfull and welcoming hosts. Great mattresses in a well equiped room. Short walk from the city center.

The hotel is located on a very busy street. Traffic noise is really bad during morning rush hour.

I highly recommend this family-run hotel! The outside is a bit old but the room is spacious and very clean! The owner is very nice and even draw me a map to the old bazaar and it’s only about 15 mins walk. The local mall with supermarket is about 8 mins walk and the food hall and restaurants open until late night. The small bakery shop downstairs served fresh and hot borek in the morning for breakfast.
