Just for a night's stay before travelling further up north. Hotel is located in a less crowded area and parking is quite easy. Clean sheets and room, good water pressure and hairdryer, polite and friendly front office staff.

Had to carry a heavy luggage bag up the stairs, no lift. Yeah, should have transferred to a smaller bag. Wet bathroom floor doesn't seem to dry at all.

Everything was awesome and a strategic place. Can find restaurants nearby and most import is alor setar mall is just walking distance from this hotel. I love the stay and the comfort level. Its beyond my expectations. Thank you

I just have one issue. Morning time i heard some one pulling and pushing trolly outside my room. It just disturbed my sleep. Its because my room is very near to the main lobby. I think next time i should request room on high floor. So can avoid the noise of trolly all.

PARKING - Plenty and got security at night to look after your car Food - Conveniently nearby and also about 10 to 15 minutes to go to other makan places in the city with easy traffic 👍 Receptionist - Very friendly Room - Superbly clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, nice warm shower. I didn't turn on the tv so I don't know if the tv is clear or not. Check in and check out - Fast Aircon - Cold Room - I chose on the ground floor, convenient for my old age mom. Many boutique hotels in Alor Setar don't have ground floor room, need to climb stairs and no parking. That's why I booked this hotel. Very convenient. Water dispenser - Provided in the hall with hot and cold water Nearby Mall - Alor Setar Mall 3 minutes drive Pacific Mall - If you want to buy baju raya, the entire mall sells baju raya and shoes Alor Setar Tower - Okay but I think it's expensive and not worth it if you go with a big family. Honestly you go up and spend like 30 minutes and blow RM55 for 2 adults and 1 senior citizen price. Better go makan with that money. Padang Besar - 1 hour from hotel

Room 107 - The soap dispenser is not working. Pump but nothing comes out. Luckily we brought our own shower gel.

Very clean. The staff that register us was good and friendly.

Another staff at the reception was very salty and could not recommend local specialty especially when ask about places to eat. It can be improve as usually hotel staff can recommend basic places like restaurants to eat.

Everything was excellent and definitely will repeat to book same Hotel if i go to Alor Setar

The parking is limited but still OK.

The location strategic, clean bathroom, wide mirror, aircond well functioning, free parking, got towel and shower soap ❤️

Only got one pillow per bed☹️ and bed covering looks worn out a bit.

The room clean and comfortable.

I'm travel with my family and have small kids. The staff telling us not make noise that may disturb other guest. I think better next time they also tell the customer before make booking or not allowed kids below 12 to stay. The room small. Hard to pray.

Each room only have 1 key.. so if 1 key card doesn't work, stuff need to use their one n only master key to open door for you.
