Shoes and sandals are prohibited within the hotel premises so the property is clean at a whole different level. I also like the fact that they use fast rebound pillows as their standard sleeping pillows which are more comfortable and supportive compared to the cheap, microfiber ones that most other hotels use. It's a welcome difference and a distinctive feature of the hotel. Finally, guests are mostly quiet and considerate which is great if you want to sleep in a little.

The male staff were more professional and helpful whereas the women at the front desk have forgotten that they work in the hospitality industry, unable to muster a word of welcome, cannot hide their discomfort when serving guests and quite incapable of making you feel that they care to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Perhaps they are more suited in the back-end attending to paperwork and hidden from plain sight so that their hopelessly wanting professionalism need not be tolerated.

It’s super clean and relatively quiet as the hotel is nestled in the fringe of town. I thought the staff were very hospitable and I like it that it is one of the rare few hotels in Malaysia that offer hard pillows as their standard pillows which provide much better comfort and buoyant support for the head versus the cheap and flat microfiber ones used in most hotels. Rainbow has the latter types too, fret not so guests have the choice. I hope the Hotel always offer that choice and keep the distinction!

It’s slightly farther from town but still manageable.It doesn’t have the vibe of the thoroughfare and the ambiance more resembles a suburban/heartland type establishment that’s low key n more locally connected.

They dont provide kettle in the room but they got water heater outside. Got mosquito in the room coming from the toilet but dont worry,easy to kill.

The location of the hotel, even though it is not in the city centre, is very nice and filled with all kinds of restaurants. There are also both a Surau and a Masjid close to the hotel. The hotel itself is definitely worth the money.

Some parts of some rooms can be cleaned a little bit better.

The cleanliness is awesome and the service is excellent. The TV in our room is not functioning, we are given new room.

The concept of opening shoes to go to the room is one of the best. Big, comfortable and clean room with a reasonable price. The location is close to the shopping mall.

Parking is quite limited probably because the industrial location and surrounding shops are occupied by car workshops. It is hoped that the hotel can provide special parking for their customers

The room was spacious and value for money. Since you have to take off your shoes before entering the hotel, so it is cleaner inside the hotel.

They have 2 blocks hotel,1 is in front and another one at the back alley.

Hotel is clean and staffs are helpful and friendly. Good location and good value for money.

Hard pillows and not comfortable. Rooms are not sound proof can hear clearly people talking from other room.

Value for the price, parking infront of hotel, clean and nearby all the attraction place. We rest for a night before continue our journey to Hatyai.
