Overall this place was comfy and very strategic. It's near the airport, groceries store, restaurants, and near the campus. The cleanliness was great, the WiFi was fast. I recommend this for anyone who likes clean, quiet yet safe environment! There were few days the electricity was off (it's centralized in Penang), meaning the water supply was cut off. But luckily the staff always maintain enough water supply for us. Two thumbs up!!

For me it's a bit pricey, though still worth enough staying there. Would be much better if there's window:)

The whole experience. The mural set a calm scenery. Whole necessities (wifi, aircond, and carpeted floor, water dispenser) is very handy. It is clean and I felt comfortable. It is secured at night. If owner parking is unavailable, there is ample parking outside which is not expensive (only have to pay by app, up to 6pm. After 6pm is free). The toilet has water heater, and is comfortable. Although it is shared, but people rarely occupy it when I need to use it.

The only downside I felt was the lack of a window. In that regard felt a lil clustrobphobic. And could have been better if the room was cleaned daily and the garbage removed.

Usm designer dwell always amaze me with their classic contemporary design,and i already booked two single room previously before the COVID-19. The cleanliness as always at top notch and the bed are also comfy.

I notice that some of the facilities are wearing down like the wallpaper of the room and also in the bathroom. The bathroom also have a gloomy vibe compared to the last time i was here.

My friend left her watch in the room. I am asking the owner to look for it. The owner was very helpful. Luckily, the watch is still there. Very recommended

Can have a breakfast at nearby shop so it is convenient like KFC and inside Lotus Food court.

The room was cozy and had everything necessary for me to enjoy my stay. The bed was super comfortable. I like how there is an option to either use the fan or the air-conditioner as I do enjoy the white noise from the fan. They also provide hot water to bath and water dispenser machine to drink hot or cold water. The room decorations was simple yet great.

Cozy bedroom, aircond was really cold. Toilet was clean. Toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste were provided. Water heater available for showering. There is also a Coway machine to drink water.

The creaky floorboards when people are walking outside. There were some ants near the sink area. If they can put some carpet to reduce the noise will be efficient

The room is neat and comfy. Got both aircond n fan for our comfort. Got water dispenser and steamer for cloth. Got also hair dryer too. I love its pillow, totally my type- not too thick and not too thin. The heater works. Got body shower and hair shampoo. Got parking but limited since its public parking.

It was shared bathroom but its was fine since its convenient. Tissue was not supplied but its not important. I feel not safe keeping my shoes at outside of the entrance but its fine too. I feel left the key for us to insert the entrance felt unsafe but thank god it was fine.
