I only stayed for two days, but I really enjoyed my time here! The space was large, clean, and felt like a cozy little apartment, with a loft! It was surprisingly spacious and had everything I needed for a short stay. Check-in and check-out were relatively smooth, and everything went as expected. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever in the area. A wonderful experience overall!

A couple of things to note: It was a bit challenging to locate the suite at first since the property is inside a larger corporate office building shared with various businesses. Clearer directions or signage would’ve made arrival easier. Also, the shower could benefit from a curtain, just to help prevent the floor and toilet from getting wet. Lastly, while there were a few small shops and eateries nearby, the area isn’t very walkable in terms of things to do. That said, none of these were deal-breakers. The stay itself was peaceful, clean, and well put together. A solid 9 out of 10!

The place was very clean and secure

Room was nice and cool with easy, ambient lighting. Comfortable beds. Clean toilet, especially liked that the bowl was lined with a soap like solution to keep it clean. Loved that towels, toothbrushes, and soaps were provided.

TV was very poor, it stuttered and had bad resolution. Microwave was unsteady, like a leg was removed so it wobbled. There's a little container where tea and 3-in-1 coffee is placed but there wasn't any sugars or creamer for the tea. You're meant to select your room number and then input the password but in this case, we had to select the other room number for the wifi password to work.

Place was clean. Lots of plug points. Almost perfect. Tap was leaking but they fixed it immediately and only had to mention once. Management seems very efficient. I believe yet have a few units as we didn't get exactly per picture. Also it's actually an office space turned into accomm. Food and amenities of all sorts plenty downstairs and late into the night. The management of the place really on the ball.

The shower did not have partition. Water splashed out. Floor wet. We almost slipped a couple of times. In HSE terms, near miss to first aid case or hospitalisation case. I think safety is more important than "soap stains on partition".. When they came to fix the tap, they didn't prior inform, although room had do not disturb sign. I think it is courtesy to inform. Otherwise, don't bother with giving us the option of do not disturb.

Location - it was near to USM and airport (the purpose of my visit) and also near to Sg Nibong Bus Terminal. Room - it was spacious and value for money. Check-In/Check-Out process - it was super easy to check in and check out. The communication with host also was easy.

For improvement - the varieties of channel. There is limited channel but it was okay for someone who usually on phone.

The bed and pillows are comfortable. The towels are surprisingly soft. The staffs are extremely helpful however please note they are not operating 24/7. Check in and check out are easy. Convenient location.

The heater turns off on its own due to the plug having issues. Management needs to fix this. The ironing board is a bit too light to put the iron on. It falls one side when we are ironing our clothes. The soap can be better quality

Big and clean

Staff was rude! I was asked why i just came in to check in without calling first in a rude way!! (I did called the person in charge as per message received before cam in). I was shocked that front desk staff raise voice and scold customer!!!! Staff must improve their ethics and manners.

Clean room and very spacious. Very nice view. Very easy to get something nice to eat. Plug point everywhere, make it easy to charge up anywhere I sit. The cool design of double storey is a rare and new to me. Parking lot quite a lot.. Nearby my workplace as well.. Overall its a very pleasant place to stay.

The TV is a little bit outdated, not sure the rather blurry picture is due to the TV or the reception, even though only watch it when coming back to hotel, but still something can be improved. The hotel parking need to go up many round, a little bit inconvenience, but still ok since once we are at level 3 (5th floor), it is easy to park in lots of empty lots.

There's only one toilet for the whole studio (which its located at downstair) so it will be rather troublesome for the senior whom have to go to toilet at night. Besides, it could be better if there's shower curtain between the shower area and the toilet bowl, the water splash the whole bathroom area which caused unpleasant odor
