Clean and nearby USM and Queensbay mall

Not like advertised. The furniture is a bit old, unlike in the picture

The building itself is quite old but the unit i stayed at is properly maintained. And its clean! That was my biggest concern when I read the reviews before i booked. Thankfully, the unit I got was very clean and spacious. Superb view of penang bridge and the sea. Also very quick response from the management via whatsapp when I enquired on some issues over several occasions. Good job!

Old building, so only 2 working lifts. On one of the days, one of the lifts went cuckoo and stopped at every single floors. So we had to stop 11 times before arriving at our 11th floor lol. But I guess the management responded to that quite efficiently coz it was working fine later on that same day.

The public space and facilities (lounge, pool, gym, etc) at the lobby seems great! There is also a comfortable reading nook for book lovers! Location wise, superb! I got the sea view room at the upper floor that makes the stay even more fantastic! I needed to check in early due to work related purpose and the staff had tried to accomodate that and we were able to check in at 11.15am. Then we needed to check out a little bit late due to work related online meeting, and the staff were very understanding and allowed us to extend check out time to 1.30pm!

I had come for University purpose so was close but not so close as to walk to USM. The ambience is good. Reception was good. The staff Mahabur was helpful They have a fish tank where we can feed. A small swimming pool. A snooker table where we played. we also used the Table tennis court basketball court Food I didn't have from them So no idea. I was upgraded by Booking.com from 2 Bhk to 3 Bhk so thankfully it was big and large. The rooms were spacious. had cabinets. TV was there Hall was huge with dining also Ac good cooling you have to ask for housekeeping. they do alternate days. I stayed here for 6 nights . wall clock is there but not working opp there is one small grocery to buy water. even further left there is a small grocery shop to get coffee or tea packs etc. All in all was fine but quite expensive rate .it was higher than a 5 star hotel of KL. Cab can be got easily if we use Grab.

The floor was quite old and slippery,cracked in some places.At first we had some difficulty in the kitchen with utensils but staff rectified it. It was mentioned Pay at Property so I used an international credit card and as soon as I landed at around 10 pm night I was charged on that. .Had they asked me I would have given my sons local.card .that wasn't in my favour. They told I have to tell. Sorry you should ask me if I want to pay with that card or another as I have reached so late due to flight delays. WiFi is bit slow and at times didn't work but that too was sorted out as soon as we told.

We were very lucky to find this accommodation. They always meet here. And although we were only here for a day and should have agreed on a late checkout. But my husband was taken away by an ambulance during a walk through the city. It was shortly before the eviction. The receptionist at the front desk helped me solve this problem remotely. And then he took care of ordering food and a taxi, because we were late to the airport due to an emergency. It also reduced my stress. I am very grateful to Mahabur for his humanity and professionalism. In addition, there is a very nice pool and it is comfortable for children. An extraordinary view opens from the apartments. Here we managed to rest after a long journey, wash our things, enjoy the city and our stay. If I could spare a million points, I would. Thank you very much for everything. I will choose the next time I am here, and I advise everyone.

A cozy apartment with great facilities and amenities. Had a wonderful 2 night stay without any issues. Apartment was clean, well equipped, and everything worked well. Staff were exceptional and very friendly! Parking spaces were ample, with the area well guarded. Best is being pet friendly and able to bring the furkid along for the stay 🐶

The ambience was nice, quiet and pleasant. The room has an English classic style. The beds were cosy and large, very comfortable. A lot of facilities provided. All in all a good place to stay for a short while.

The facilities were not well-maintained though….the cafe has a cosy and classic touch but we saw a big ratatouille running around under the tables and chairs. The air condition was not working well i.e not cool in the master bedroom, it seemed old and disfunctional. No towels provided, i had to whatsapp housekeeping and they sent them later.

Easy check in and out. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Hassle free. Guards on the house make the environment safe and sound. Swimming pool and other facilities are great and luxurious.

Parking lots are a bit dark. Trolley are provided for easy managing of luggages but there are residents that were not sensitive enough to bring their dogs on the trolley.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The place has very aesthetic look. It was very relaxing to stay. They also has clean swimming pool. There were sauna and pool table as well. Overall, I and my family had very comfortable stay and we loved the place.

Everything was great. There were no lacking. Love the comfor and relaxing the place gave.

The staffs were very sweet especially the manager and the new intern girl. The original room assigned to us had faulty air conditioner so we requested to change room.At the reception they assured us that they would refund us if the next room also doesn't match our expectations but then the room they changed us to was quite good.Its like a homestay at apartment so we could use the common facilities in the house. They also allowed early check in at 12 as well as late checkout at 3pm. They also mentioned that we could still use the common facilities out of the room until 5 pm incase we need to wait before leaving. Excellent customer service and nice place to stay. Nice lounge area too.Worth the price
