The cubicle is super comfy and you get a good nights sleep without issue. Both the staff and people staying were friendly and accommodating. Would easily recommend it if you are ok being a bit outside.

The lockers are a bit small and don’t accommodate a regular size backpack. The bathroom could use some maintenance. The cash deposit (or alternatively leaving the passport) feels odd and like you aren’t being trusted - but it’s quite common all around. You want to be aware that it’s not in the middle of things (but still fairly close).

Clean, comfortable for a 1 night stay.

That one old staff who like to intervene in other people's business. There was this one person maybe in a middle online interview. When that person finished, this one staff thought he/she had the rights to correct or gave an advice on that person on what or when to do better. That person didn't asked for your advice, so don't be entitled to give your thoughts because its not your life.

Staff were really helpful. Easy check in and check out process. Room was clean and comfy bed. I liked the privacy capsule and they provide you with basic amenities. Its opposite of bus station so it is easy to travel locally as well as intercity.

It will be better if they can replace the existing shower gel with other brand and also add shampoo in the showers.

Overall comfort. The hotel was very clean. Variety of pillows. Safety lock on the door. Friendly staff. Room had perfect amount of space to be comfortable. You can hear people outside, but during my stay the noise was minimum, so I managed to have a great sleep.

Blue light of the control panel might be a little bit strong. (all important buttons are highlighted in blue glowing light). But I wore my eye mask, which I normally do and that was my solution to the problem. I would recommend to bring a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light.

It is my second time booking this capsule hotel. I like how I slept like a king in my personal capsule. I like the privacy and how comfy it is to sleep. Sleeping in a regular hotel is very different than sleeping in the capsule. I also like how flexible and helpful the staff are. I wanted to extend a night for my friends and I. The staff asked me to compare different websites and found out that booking with them directly by call or msg is the cheapest option. She gave me the best price which is to book with them directly and the payment is really quick :)

It was a great stay. Very clean. Staff were helpful.

The communal lights were soooooooo bright it lit up my sleeping pod. Like hospital brightness. Like the sun. They should turn some off or at least dim them. #eyemasksareneeded

If you just want a place to sleep and shower. This place is perfect. Clean bed, clean toilets, friendly staff and cheap price. Free car park for hotel guest also

Some facilities are a bit old but still usable

- clean and comfy room/pillow - dedicated space for prayer - safe and private space - staff briefing on the facilities and rules

- located at 2nd floor, so recommended to travel light or else will be difficult to climb the stairs carrying heavy luggage. - rude staff answering phone call and inquiry - access to halal food is limited. Need to go a bit further at a different lication. Non-halal food court is just downstairs

The room was very nice and neat. A new experience for us as opposed to normal hotel stay. Friendly staff with detail explanation. My kids totally had a blast there.

Some of the items at the control panel inside the capsule not properly working (i.e.: headphone jack, one of the android tv / server was not working). We suggest owner to work out some improvement on the android tv, maybe can add some features such as allow for connection from user's own mobile phone.

It's sort of like a hostel concept yet with a hotel feeling. Beds were provided individually so u can have a little privacy. The cube was super comfy. Definitely worth the stay.
