The room was comfy. Multiple channels on the TV. Cold aircond. In-room coffee and tea provided. Nice bathroom. Superb location to my event site. The staff were friendly, accommodating, courteous and pretty helpful. Great communication from the hotel. Always get emails and messages on the booking.

Reception of the channels were not so good. Lags a bit. No amenities provided in the bathroom except for shower cream and shampoo, which we don't really mind about, others may. Parking could be an issue at times. No windows but we didn't mind.

The location because it’s a stone throw away from the Queensbay Mall. The room is exceptional especially the family room with bunk bed. It can accomodate 5 person comfortably. Not to mention the pillows provided were more than enough. Water cooler and iron are available every level.

No lift/elevator so you need to ‘hike’ the stairs especially if your room is at the 2nd level. If you want to iron your shirt,you need to insert the room key at the key slot otherwise there will be no electric thus cannot use the iron. Then,of course you have to be in a dark room for several minutes since you have taken out the room key. The parking. You are lucky if you can find a car park within the premise,if not you have to wait and hope that someone leaves their spot and then you can occupy the car park.

The location was great, where you can find good food , good shopping and good road connections to other parts of Penang. A big shout-out to Mr. B for great service at reception.

The only thing one needs to consider when choosing to stay here is that one has to negotiate stairs as there are no lifts in the hotel. Apart from that, this is one hotel I would book to stay in again!

The location is strategic to Quensbay Mall and other shops and restaurants. The room is spacious,clean and well maintained.

Parking space. There are not many designated parking lot for hotel customer but you can anywhere around hotel area and got discount for parking fee when you go out,I think rm8.00 per day which is reasonable.

A big thank you to the Apple 1 hotel staff for serving my mother so well. They check in 2 times for the big room, and check in a little early. Thank you, a highly recommended hotel. will repeat again , and become my favourite hotel in pineng 🤝

Thank you so much to the front office staff, really helpfull. The rooms so beuatifull and clean. I ask for lower ground because have babies, they give me accordingly with my request.. love even more this hotel..

The location is strategic. Around 3 minit walking to queensbay mall. The decoration is colourful & nice. The staff are helpful. Free parking. The amenities available. They have a vending machine incase u are hungry and others shop is closed. Definitely will come again. 👍👍☺️

During Ramadhan only one restaurants open for sahur which is nasi kandar restaurants.

The room is spacious and clean, friendly and helpful staffs, walking distance to queensbay mall. Worth for value, parking lot reserved for hotel guests.

Since it is located near a mall, the parking can be occupied during lunch hours and weekend.

Clean room. Quite sound proof and the new renovation looks cool

It must have been hungry ghost festival or something but the smell of incense floated into the room

Proximity to QBmall.

No lift. Aircon needs an upgrade. Water pressure is low at 2nd floor. No fridge no safebox
