I like it—it's clean, the toilet is great, and there's plenty of space. Just keep in mind that the door isn't soundproof, so you can hear people walking, talking, etc., as they pass through the hallway. Nearby shop and Giant are superb. 5-10 minutes' walk to eat.

Parking: 1/10. I had to spend 30-40 minutes just looking for a spot. I thought the weekend would be crowded, but Monday turned out to be the worst day. There are no people around, yet the parking lot is completely full. I even had to double park just to load my things into the car after c/out.

I stayed at deluxe room. It was spacious and comfortable.

Difficult to find parking

This room had netflix using our own account to login. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The room was great too worth the money. Free parking in front of the hotel. 7 eleven and mamak, chinese food restaurants in the same row.

Only drawback was the smell in the elevator. Its has this strong garbage smell.

Decent for short stays, close proximity to laundromat, convenience store, and the nearby mall with major supermarket, and restaurants. Extremely convenient to reach the airport in short amount of time.

The walls are not exactly sound-proof. One can almost hear the constant door slamming and the hallway noises from inside the room.

They expected the residents to hang out the tag - without which no one cleared the room. The first night was provided with a lousy room, with a broken AC. The telephone was not working The next day, I was shifted to a better room. The WiFi was very very poor and on the last day - was not able to connect. After a lot of effort, it was restored Such a good location, room - they could improve on house keeping FINALLY , no toileteries are provided, except a towel.

Near to the airport, can provide iron upon request. My second time here and I was lucky to get the same exact room as previous visit. They took my review seriously during my previous visit as they changed the kettle as it was broken previously.

The toilet bidet was leaking. Please change it.

Room was clean throughout. Next to Giant and many eateries nearby. Roadside parking closer to the hotel is mostly available especially during weekday nights.

Don't have spare room key card. Electricity cut-off when you go out for dinner etc.

This is my 4th stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean as always. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, ATM, and a 24-hour mart. Parking is not provided by the hotel, but the City Council's parking lots are abundant. There's a lift despite the hotel being only 3 floors high, so it's a plus point for people with special needs and older folks. I'll come back again.

The cleanliness can be improved.

The toilet was so clean the best part the water pressure so damn good when I shower, the room was nice and clean. If I come back to Penang I will definitely stay here again.

The aircond is so cool hehehehe but this is a good thing also actually.

The staff are nice and helpful. Room is clean & comfortable.

I requested for iron from the receptionist and she said that they will send to our room. 3 hour passed, we still haven’t received the iron. Had to go again and ask the receptionist regarding the iron. I had to go back and forth from about 3 times until the staff send it to our room. Also, we’re late to the event too
