The location is good. The crowd there are decent looking, healthy, peace- loving people. The ale carte Penang Char Kueyteaw for late supper room service was superb!!

the buffet breakfast was awful, and a let down. The nasi lemak was awful, the sambal was a disgrace to Penang to be claimed as nasi lemak.

The breakfast is good...all the facilities are good also....the room service is the best. The location also strategic. It's easy to buy food and drinks. The staff are also helpful.

The bathroom is clean but just want to suggest to put an air freshner or something fragrance in the bathroom because something smell not comfortable in the bathroom. I also have found a coackroah in the bathroom....Other than that all are ok...

Facilities : i like coz, the iron and ironing board are available in each room, the blanket and bed are very clean, soft non-itchy, the floor is very clean, no dust at all. Also got more than 1 chair (another 2 chairs if we have other members come for chatting), the toilet + bathroom are clean and just nice for me with big size person -this hotel is next to the mosque, Location : very strategic, easily identifiable Breakfast : got all main and side dishes and delicious, probably can add another type of salad and sauce (got 1 type only), My parents and me are satisfied coz we got free breakfast as we book the room there.

Bad smell sometimes coming from the bathroom (drain) , especially stronger when staying at ground floor. (We usually stay here whenever back in Penang)

For the price (RM246/night, family room), it's just an average return for the money. (guess I paid for the location n parking) Room - mediocre, old furniture. Broken TV remote control. Low water pressure No deposit required but you'll get only 1 room access card/room. Depo RM50 if you need another card. Room 246.

The hotel might be old, but it is all good and satisfied. The best part is the breakfast, the dishes might be not much, but they are all good and tasty. Definitely will not hesitate to come again if we have plan to stay nearby Bayan Lepas area

I stayed there with my wife on 21/11. I was surprised to see much improvement on the facilities. The bathroom was nice with good hot shower working. The flooring was replaced with hard floor wood. The ac was working nicely

near to all place n near to accses town n shoplot,the worker is pleasant n kind. always give the best advice where the best place. my family member love so much to stay here....

The room that i stay is room 133, the aircon is leaking. And the water overflow the floor. Overall the hotel is ok.
