The room was big enough for three of us. The parking area was spacious. The hotel also provides Cuckoo water at every level.

There are no lift. Just stairs. Presure of water in bathroom was very slow.

I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 10 times within 2 years (2022-2024) for visiting my daughter at boarding school. The hotel location is about 7-10 mins to the KB city point. The rooms are clean. The staffs are polite and attentive. Never i get answer NO for anything that i need while staying here such as extra mineral water/pillow/towel/vacuming dust at the window and etc. The check in process is fast. They even allowed me to check in early as early as 11am without extra charges due to long journey from KL and reach Kota Bharu usually in the morning. They also allowed me to check in very late at 11.30 pm at night sometimes. Very high emphatic and tolerance to the guests’ situation. The parking lots were usually sufficient and convenient yet free of charges at their own compound just infront of the hotel main entrance. For additional information, they only provide shower cream for the toiletries but it is not a big issue to me. So i would suggest guest to bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste if you plan to stay here. However the water pressure is high and satisfying. I would definitely choose this hotel as my first choice for evertime coming to Kota Bharu .

Good rate, able to check in early with some extra charge, received lower floor room as requested for elderly mother, very close to my grandma's and city center

No vent fan in bathroom, it remained wet and smells a bit moldy

Overall, the stay was nice as it's located near to the town just 5 mins with car, but it depends on traffic especially during weekend and my room got a big bathroom(i'm quite surprise with that).

There's no qibla indicator sign in the room(queen and single bedroom), so maybe need to put it somewhere that can easily seen and there also spider web at the hanging clothes pole.

If possible,mattress dgn pillow tukar yg baru( better quality) baru lgi ok .😁😍.Others very good.👍

Free guarded parking and I love the hugeee windoww!!!! Secluded but just 1.8km from Pasar Khadijah where you can have breakfast. Clean and staff are helpful. they have water dispenser in the reception, very good! Have bedside plug, i found it very convenient to charge phone. Also, you can go to Dataran Mara to have dinner. Not far from the hotel, there you can have various of foods; ikan bakar, sotong bakar, tomyam, mee celup, nasi khaomok eh banyaklah dan ada live band, baju bundle, beca touring the city!

They have table but no plug nearby so i have to use the kettle on the bed. Haha.

Out of all. The prices are the most shocking things of all for those facilities. Cheapest one at town...

There is no fan. It would be better if it had one. I can't sleep at all it's too cold in the room even though the temperature are set to 30°C

I really happy with the hotel. Firstly, the parking lot is convenient as we can just park our car at the front of the hotel and walking very close to the main door. The chk in/out process was fast. The staffs were helpful. The most important thing that i like about this hotel is the cleanliness. The hotel is really clean and tidy. I did not see any dust in the lobby and my room. The water pressure is good and the bathroom is really clean. The welcome mineral water should be provided daily so we can just ask the reception counter for the extra mineral water if they did not replaced it in the room as they will only enter our room for housekeeping upon request by the guest.

In the center. Nearby to PCB and to town. Easy place to find foods. Beside the hotel, there is a restaurant. Further up more choices etc. The viral restaurant in TT.
