Pool should be a one-time fee for unlimited daily use . U can increase the price, but it should be a one-time charge for the hotel. Guess.

I recently stayed here and had an overall positive experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless, keep in mind this is not a hotel (is like a aparta hotel or airbnb with really nice facilities) I appreciated the convenient amenities, such as panoramic swimming pool, gym. Also, at lobby area you can find a small grocery shop and Starbucks coffee dispenser (neither of them are the cheapest one but they are very convenient) Overall, I would recommend “Expressionz KLCC by Wodages” for a pleasant stay and look forward to returning in the future." While my stay was enjoyable, I believe there's room for improvement such cleanliness in toilet facilities. However, I have requested a cleaning service and the staff has been really helpful to perform it. I also consider that is not responsibility for the guest have to take the rubbish out at the end of the staying (they will ask you to do it)

You had to pay to use the pool which wasn’t made clear when booking The staff were very unhelpful, felt like we were not able to relax during our stay due to the way the staff treated us and room was not ready till 4pm which was annoying after a early morning flight when you want to get into room and rest and freshen up

To collect $300RM for deposit is really inconvenient

the facilities were superb, got washing machine (and soap!) got microwave, toilet was huge

the deposit was abit too much, rm 300 cash is very high for deposit as tourist might need that cash to shop etc

The amenities are a plus. Can easily heat up foods and wash the clothes. The bed is fine. The view is amazing because it faces twin towers so it's cool when it's lit up at night.

The location is not so near the LRT station so Grab is the way to go. Not really a problem on my side though but if you're looking to walk to the station then it's not really suitable.

Location wise. Right in the centre of Kuala Lumpur just off the main ring road. 5 mins drive to KLCC, Kampung Bharu, etc. The unit is very clean & comfortable. Wifi & Aircond works fine. Kitchen utensils are available to use. Free property parking 1 unit (Deposit RM20.00). And above all. I think most people come here for the infinity swimming pool at the roof top with a grand view of Kuala Lumpur City.

The fridge was not that chill and the freezer doesn’t actually freeze anything. One of the wall deco came off the wall upon checking in. The water heater wasn’t working well. Sometimes the water is extremely hot out of nowhere & sometimes it turns back extremely cold as well.

1) The cuckoo natural purifier water! It is mindblowing! It can convert the water that comes from sink into drinkable water, so we no need to buy mineral water as travelers 2) Kursi Goyang ( Rocking chair is epic)! 3) free shampoo and body wash which is amazing for service apartment to facilitate 4) Heavy Duty Air Conditioner!! 5) nice view! I can see Petrona Twin Tower from my unit window

I enjoyed my stay here. I liked the facilities provided, including cooking and washing amenities, which made everything so convenient. The overall arrangement was easy and comfortable. My mum was able to look after my 4-year-old son, and the strategic location 5 5-minute drive to IJN, I could easily go back and forth between the apartment and IJN. The apartment also offers a beautiful view of KL, and the convenient parking lot was a plus. I chose a room with a bathtub, which was perfect for healing and relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality — it truly made my stay pleasant.

The water dispenser was not properly functioning, the maintenance staff came over and try to fix it. Not usable at all. They provide drinking water instead, i was hoping its a mineral water as we dont drink drinking water.Luckily the parking area was near to the lift, and we bought mineral water from the nearest grocery store

We had 2 apartments booked. The one in Block A was the loft, which was quite nice and spacious. Clean and well kept. However, the other one in Block B, which was a junior suite, was not as good as the other. The junior suite had some smell like it was coming from the drains. It was noisy as there was, I assume, a lift shaft right behind the bedroom wall and sounded like there was a plane going overhead frequently, which was a bit too bothersome, especially at night. The staff are not particularly friendly and felt like there was a lack of communication between the staff when handing over information about the guests, and they lacked professionalism. Nonetheless, it was a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy. Could do with having a few extra dishes and spoons as there were exactly 2 plates, bowl, spoon, and fork. We like to get take outs so struggled with dishing out. But it's not a major concern. That's just me. Overall, I wouldn't mind booking with them again but would check the apartment upon check-in and raise any concerns as soon as possible.
