The reception counter was very accommodative. The size of room was nice. Very comfy bed. Clean. Has all basic amenities in the room, except for an iron ( you can use the ones in the corridor) but good enough to have a mini bar fridge. Good TV and radio reception which usually even higher rate hotel cannot provide. Only one minute walking to the Hospital Awam Kuching which is totally a bonus if you are visiting admitted family members/friends. Even though they do not offer breakfast and other meals, but there is a connected a food court and shops ranging from convenience stores to restaurants and even pharmacies. They even have laundry services and big parking levels.

The duvet is clean with no odd smell but there are visible stains that you can see quite clear. Maybe can use strong detergent or bleach.

Near to foodcourt, shops, hospital: walking distance.

Need to remind the counter to make up the room eventho the tag was hung on the doorknob. Some rooms doesn't have the tag and housekeepers tend to miss out your room. Some rooms doesnt have fridge. Would be better if we have option for bigger bed than queen size especially when travel together with baby. Shoutout to housekeeper. Cleaning procedure top notch. They wash the floor instead of just mopping.

The location is exceptional. The bedding is reasonably clean. The shower has hot and cold water. The room while sparsely furnish is equipped with the basic necessities. An iron can be provided on request The food court is open till late and has a wide variety of food choices. There are nearby mini marts and pharmacies that are well stocked.

The water pressure may be considered low. No ironing board. No breakfast provided with any of the room choices. The door to my room need to be slammed shut or it will not close properly. Air conditioning may be considered as insufficient on some parts of the day (but is reasonably comfortable at night). No fridge

Close to most of the local attractions, food is no problem. Just beside the hotel. If possible ask for a room with view of the Kuching Waterfront. Nice night view.

Could improve on housekeeping, kindly mop the floor to dry. Would suggest to add slipper into the room amenities.

Always a great place to stay,if u plan to stay for just a few days,and hope to get very comfy room with comfy environment,although it is located near to hospital,but ya,atleast your safety is 100% guarantee.

The location strategic and downstairs have many choices of food stalls. Staff friendly

The bathroom and toilet are a bit dirty. There is fungus at the sink and at the bathroom wall. The shower curtains have mold.

Receptionist should give the clear instructions about ways connected from parking lot to hotels room.

Suitable with price. The toilet is a bit leaking. It can be fixed. My apologies; I am pretty occupied with the hospital and don't have time to report for repair.

No deposit is better..i thought everything can be made online payment but they still need cash..for those who is cashless person is not required to be here

Location is next to Sarawak General Hospital. Walking distance. Good if you have follow up at hospital or admitted for care takers to stay in & near to hosp. very convenient
