Stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bedded suite. The room has a dining area, a kitchen area (with microwave, fridge and electric kettle) and a living area that are very spaceous, clean and comfortable. The master bedroom is very very spaceous. Each room comes with an attached bathroom and there is a toilet just beside the enterence. There are 2 hair dryers, 2 HDTVs, a safe, iron and iron board in this unit. The aircond was functioning well throughout the stay and very cold. The staffs are very friendly. The hotel location is very good. Our room was at the 17th floor and facing the Kuching Waterfront... so the view was great. Overall we are very happy staying here. Suggestion: Minor renovation of a modern style bathroom in the Master Bedroom would be great. Provide more bathing gel.

Room is very clean and the mattress is comfortable. Anything in the room was working well. Lobby is big and beautiful.

The facilities like playground, gym room and swimming pool area are not in good condition.

the location is strategic to main attraction in kch. the view is nice from 14th floor. the staff are very helpful and patient to get to our need.

hmm, 1st thing when I enter the suite room, it very musty, some plug was not working , the bathroom got a little bit of hair on the floor, and the air conditioner haven’t been serviced for a long time, I get throat infection from it.

To be improved: 1. TV should be changed to a flat panel & TV receptions improved 2. Leaky faucet at the outer toilet 3. Clogged toilet at the master bedroom (the maintenance guy tried to fix it but couldn't... even offered us to move to another room... but we declined). Housekeeping should check that all toilets flushed properly. 4. No wifi in the room

Perfect location for exploring Kuching with ease. Our apartment was absolutely enormous with everything we could have needed, and the views over Kuching Waterfront were exceptional. Everything was clean and our apartment was remade and restocked daily. The pool was also very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Its location was great. Right in the centre of town and walking distance to the old town.

The traffic can be a little noisy depending on what room you have. The front view is nice but ask for a room not facing the road and it is quieter.

The location, which to me is the old original Kuching. The room is specious, the lobby is a proper hotel lobby. I truly appreciate the owner/management effort in maintaining the facility. No easy tasks. Keep it up and maintain the rates.

This is an old building, and was a long time ago known as Aurora Hotel which I think as old as the big trees facing it. I expected old furniture, worn out walls and tiles and gaps between tiles and walls.

The location, as it is not surrounded by heavy traffic. The room, as this is a purpose-built hotel unlike some which are renovated shoplots. Have been staying here many times and will be the place to stay every time balit kuching.

No mini refrigerator and a tad too small TV set.

Location is very close to waterfront and eatery

The bed was soggy, and causing me back pain. The ceiling in the bathroom is leaking and water drop from the ceiling while seating in the toilet bowl...very unpleasant.
