Location is top notch as many attractions are walkable distance, staffs are really nice as they spare us extra pillows for foc, overall cozy stay and super value for money!

Shared bathroom amenities (shower gels only, no shampoo) could be refilled more on time (many times we showered with diluted shampoos)

I liked that the room was very clean because we just needed a place to sleep after walking around all day and they DELIVERED. There's a very good food court near the place. Definitely try the Kuching laksa at Lau Ya Keng food court! AND THE FRONT DESK GUY was so FRIENDLY! He let us check-in late (midnight) due to our delayed flight -- if it happens to you, just let them know early.

I thought the bathroom could use regular cleaning. There were green algae-looking stuff on the walls of the toilet/bathroom. So defs wear slippers to shower!

The place is within a walking distance to Plaza Merdeka Mall and the Kuching waterfront. It is also near the pick-up spots for all bus companies that can take us to Bako, Semenggoh, Kubah, Santubong and other main attractions. The staff is also super friendly and kind. They let me check in early and they also let me keep my bags behind the counter until I was ready to leave for my 19:30 flight. Will absolutely return when I visit Kuching next time!

There was only one bathroom with a working shower. The windows of the toilets could not be properly shut and they were overlooking the streets; you would have to trust that nobody would peep through from afar when you’re pooping.

There is no curtain for the bed, so no privacy, Electrical outlets are placed a bit too high, The placement number of the lockers are a bit confusing, it should be placed besides the bed. For example, E & F, the lockers are not beside the bed, but across the bed. And because of that, I mistook the C bed as my bed, cause lockers E and F are beside bed C & D.

The location was great, close to the waterfront. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was really comfortable and big. The room was spotlessly clean. The air-conditioning kept us cool. The roof terrace had amazing views. Great value for money. Towels and soap were provided. Offered good recommendations for things to do in the area.

Perfect location within walking distance of all the attractions and near lots of restaurants and shops. It's clean. The dorm has air conditioning and lockers. There's a power socket by each bed. Hot water in the shower. Nice little rooftop terrace. Free cold drinking water. Staff are friendly. Good security as you need a keycard to open the front door. Wifi works very well.

No curtains on the beds or individual lights.

Everything but except the fact that the food shops around close early and night time there's not much option on food selection.

There was a guest at the hostel who eyes on white dude travelers and she has the tendency to try sleep with the guest and pry other female guest to try get to know the male guest.

My stay was amazing! The room was super cozy, clean, and just perfect. The bathroom was clean too! Plus, the hotel is right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the beautiful Kuching Waterfront. Couldn't have asked for a better spot! I’ll definitely be staying here again

Tidy hostel, staff sometimes hard to find but helpful with toilet paper, drinking water, adapter. Room clean, no windows, but aircon. Bathroom ok. Enjoyed the stay. Central in China Town, lots of sights and restaurants/ food court. Changing dates and staying longer was no problem at all.

Bathroom wasn't too clean at times, power point in the room wasn't working.

location, location, location walking distance to mall, museums, mosques, temples, food stalls ( galore of all ethnic groups), riverfront… For the price I pay, best deal ever!

there are always as*hole guests who sneak around smoking in rooms or toilets even if there are “ no smoking” sign” everywhere. For this price, I am satisfied with everything and have no complaints. if I expect 5-star quality, then I should pay extra extra $$ for a 5-star hotel.
