Breakfast just a simple to fill up your stomach but of cos with the price of rm20 what to expect

When taking shower water flow to the drain is very slow and you are stepping on a pool of water while taking shower. The bathroom very noisy when you going to close. The smells of the bedsheets and pillow is not hygienic and smells as if not being change for the next guest. There is no door latch and it's not safety at all. The room I'm staying the bedding is not comfortable. The staff is " friendly" BUT I should say just respecting guest. But in term of hospitality it's really far out.

It is very close for my meeting the next day, I'm very appreciate for the welcome. It seems that the front desk already knows me. The smooth process over the counter makes me feel relieved and able to get the room very quickly.

I didn't use the cafe they have; I rather go out and had a better view at Kuching or nearby place just with a walking distance. It seems, there are quiet far from the hotel, only a burger stall is on the opposite road. I think there should be more foodies stall or resto available.

And then, hotel incharge came to the rescue. The boss guy who can speak kedayan he said 😆. Very helpful and solved our problem in a minute. we thank You for upgrading our room to another comfortable room. More spaceeeeee (we can even run) and it have window.. We really like it and you save our day. Was told earlier that it was full 😅. Also to the bellboy, "no need to call them".. he straight away walked to us once he saw us bringing our bags. So helpful. You guys should earn a bonus. InsyaAllah will come back but need to put a request room with windows next time . Full stars for you guys 👍👍👍

At booking.com, saw the picture of the room was spacious with a window.. booked 2 rooms but then, when we arrived we got a room with no window and it was really small & Not much space/air to breath because it was located in the middle. We tried to change/swap our rooms with a room that has a window but was told fully booked. Upset 😭 that time.

Overall this hotel is very good. What I like the most is their service and the food in their cafe is very good. This hotel is also very strategic because it is in the middle of the city where the facilities are all available and convenient

Needs in the toilet such as toothbrushes, toothpaste need to be provided and broadcasts on television need to be improved..

Nice room and comfy bed! I love it! Bonus, a mini fridge was provided. The location is good, near all cafes, fast food and shops. Totally worth it!

The hair dryer in the bathroom is not working and the bathroom ceiling needs to be repainted due to mold. Maintenance work is required, so that the room and facilities will be sustainable in order.

The Front office staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. Naming a few Aqidah and Joe. Due to availability, I was given my room very much earlier upon my arrival. Thank you very much. Interior deco is beautiful and the staff clean and mop the lobby floor daily. Lift works well. Cool air conditioning. Earlier on..... one fresh but stained towel was quickly replaced as requested. Prayer mat, iron and iron board are readily available. Since I stayed a few nights, I was allocated a marked parking lot. Thank you again.

Staff is friendly, free parking, good food, nice environment, easy to get reach to hotel - hotel is near to main road,, all facility is near by (restaurant, bank, dobi , Mosque) , Hotel provide payer room at level 3. TV channel is ok.

toilet cleanliness, need to improve, suddenly low water pressure at day 7. our changed room is small than previous room (changed room due to aircond faulty)

Value for money

The wiring of the toilet and room was such that the switch for the main room had to be turned on first in order to switch on the toilet’s light. The hot water dial at maximum capacity, provided barely lukewarm water. I wish hot showers were available, but other than that the location, hospitality, cleanliness, wifi, tv and comfortable beds at the rate offered were value for money. Will return for our next work trip.

The room service was good and reasonably priced. Location safe and quiet. Room spacious. Bathroom spacious and clean.

Air conditioning a little slow to cool room down. Mini fridge was slow cooling the mineral water too. Pillows not too comfy. Otherwise all ok.

The room is small but cozy for 1. I like that I can open the window and has sunny sun shines the room.

The hot water for shower is too mild despite I already pushed to till the end... I prefer it hotter.
