The interior is beautiful, clean and cosy.

The floor makes noises when walking (in the room when we are walking and outside of the room when people are walking). The rooms are not soundproof at all. We are able to hear kids running around making alot of noises to the floor and people talking. Not too sure if the staff was doing some work in the night after 12am as we heard very loud banging for about 1 minute. The room does not provide shower cap when it is a necessity for ladies.

The property is new and very welcoming. The staff and personnel are impeccable. The room exceeded my expectations; instead of a TV, there is a projector embedded in the ceiling with drywall, and a switch reveals the screen where the smart TV is projected. Very cool. The decor is beautiful, elegant, and modern, with a wood effect that makes the environment very cozy. The room is very quiet and equipped with all the bathroom amenities, including a state-of-the-art hairdryer, comb, slippers, and a welcome toothbrush.

Location and extra activities for kids and adults or bonus tokens for VR games in the hotel and bag designing. Location was good except parking was a 5min walk away unsheltered. .

Room was a little small, bed was pushed to the wall.

- Walking distance to Jonker Street - Like the room design especially the queen bunkbed with the slides, children favourite - The staff are very friendly and greet you - They give you a free cloth bag and then you can buy stickers there to iron on the bag - Wifi very stable - The room was very clean - Small elevator for wheel chair/ luggage/ elderly

- complimentary parking not near to hotel and no shelter - VR room not function - Advice to check the room bathrobe because when I checked in there is only one but when I checked out I was told one was missing, although I was not asked to pay for it.

- very nice environment and friendly stuff - cozy room with nice design - complimentary gift is given with DIY is available for the tote bag - crafting activities are available for kids too

- parking is a bit too far from the hotel - currently still no breakfast available - no privacy while we would like to enjoy the natural light from the walkway (for the window glass in the room at ground floor near to walkway), suggest to change to one way transparent glass or may be put on one way transparent sheet

Perfect for family travel. It's the first time I stay in a hotel room with a slide. Kids love it. Not to mention, the game room is fantastic. Tried VR games, pretty fun.

The location was very convenient as it was in the city centre, with walkable distances to many shops and restaurants. The projector available was also a good touch to allow for movie watching as a wind down activity.

The facilities in the VR game room were mostly under maintenance which was a bummer and the available machines encountered faulty errors frequently which disrupts the experience. The air conditioning system kept resetting as well during the middle of the night which made the room a little stuffy, but this only happened past midnight which was odd.

Property is beautifully done up, and is located right in the heart of Malacca. Surrounded by so much history, and so close to Jonker Walk, this property is not to be missed. Free VR games at the property also meant we had an evening of fun as a family. Very interesting experience.

Although the room has incredibly fun with slides and bunk beds to entertain the kids, the property could implement better sound proofing to minimize noise. Rooms could also be better equipped with more storage space for bigger groups (only a few hangers) in master with no storage for the upstairs loft.

Cleanliness, location is in walking distance to the famous Jonker Street. Good, helpful & friendly service from hotel staffs

Parking availability a little too far from Hotel, on Fri-Sun roadblocks that creates extreme inaccessibility and confusion to get to the hotel. At some point, some other rooms with slides creates discomfort at connecting units where the roof appears to be shaking (making the projector keeps shaking and off-focused) and no insulation noises preventing early sleeps at night or even early morning

Staff- generally friendly and helpful, prompt to assist Facilities- not much but my kids loved the VR room. if only we could have more time there. limited to only 20min slot per room/stay Location- excellent location just minutes away from Jonker St. There's also 7-11 just a few units down the stretch. and an awesome pizza place across the road. Price- very reasonable Sleep- bed was very comfy and the hotel is very new and modern yet nostalgic (IG worthy)

Lighting- could have brighter lighting in the room (or maybe because we didn't really draw the curtains or blind open) our room experience a total of 4 blackouts throughout our stay but was easily rectified.
