1. Staff was very helpful. Every request or asking for some favor were fullfilled quickly with smile. 2. The website stated that the hotel would charge extra money upon check-in to cover possible damage to some items in the room, but... no one asked me for any additional money. A nice surprise!

Dear hotel management! One double bed doesn't mean two single beds joined together. One double bed has one large frame and one large mattress. Otherwise there is a large gap between the joined single beds at night. So, sleeping is not a comfortable time then but a constant struggle. Please, consider this.

The location was quite central, although in a small alley and not on the main road. Easy to get around and plenty of food options nearby. A great bonus is the access to Aqualuna pool area across the street. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We had a big family room and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, helping with whatever requests we had. All in all we had a great time staying at this hotel and exploring Malta for the first time.

One small minus was the fact that our balcony faced a dilapidated area and we didn't get any sun there at all, but I guess everyone can't get a room with a view. There could also be some more light sources in the room, especially by the door.

Access to spa amenities. The swimming pool is 300 metres away from the hotel, located in a different venue. The swimming pool is open to the public, and thus is usually overcrowded, making it difficult to find sunbeds during rush hours, and discouraging one to get into the pool. This was something not explicitly stated in booking description. It was quite misleading.

Friendly staff and a special mention to Paul, who is in charge of cleaning the rooms on our 9th floor. He was very accommodating and provided everything we needed—thank you, Paul! Also, a special shout-out to Catherine, a Filipina staff member during breakfast time. She was outstanding in taking care of most of the guests (including us!) and promptly fulfilled all our requests. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Azur Hotel.

I just want to be honest: the swimming pool is located outside the hotel and is shared among all ST Hotels. The fitness area also appears neglected and in need of improvement. Please consider addressing this for future guests.

The location was great, the staff was sweet. breakfast had a lot of options and it was delicious. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends / family. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The pool is not in the same property - you have to walk a block, cross the avenue, and scan a code to use it. The parking also requires advance booking so be careful with that. Someone from the staff (I believe she was a tour guide coordinator or something like that) was making a huge scene when I arrived to check in, and made someone else from the staff cry. I was shocked that a guest was allowed to behave that way, and even more shocked to find she worked at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Azur St. Malta! One of the highlights was the amazing service from the receptionist Ivana – she was extremely kind, professional, and went out of her way to help us organize excursions and make the most of our time on the island. Her local knowledge and friendly attitude truly made a difference! The location of the hotel is excellent – close to everything yet still peaceful. A special mention goes to the AquaLana pool, which is absolutely top-notch. It’s beautifully maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views – the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Malta – great service, fantastic facilities, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests!

The hotel has a good value for money and has a great location, if you are not looking for a peaceful and quiet area, but you prefer to stay close to Sliema shops, restaurants and public transport. It's worth asking reception for an upper floor room, if you want to have a better view. A visit to Aqualuna swimming pool highly recommended!

A dining area was very tiny and jammed for this amount of guests, with very small tables and constantly not enough plates, bowls, cups etc. Extra nice, fast and professional Colombian waiters could do nothing more about it, the solution for the hotel would be to buy more tableware 😉 And after all, whole Malta is jam—packed, so somehow you get uses to this 🙂

The staff very friendly, had a slight issue with the lighting, but they came and sorted it immediately and even the duty manage sought us out the next day to apologise and ensure everything was OK, which I thought was lovely. Ben our house keeper was very efficient and the room was spotless, and I loved the towel animals he produced every day 😉.the breakfast was excellent with a really good choice of food, all fresh and hot,,the use of the lido and facilities is something I didn't expect and was lovely, I would definately recommend to others and look forward to coming back.

The only downside, and I'm sure it's something that will probably be sorted in the future, is the road outside and the side of the building looks very scruffy, which may initially make you think the hotel isn't very nice, however, like I said once inside the hotel you would think it was a 5 star 😍

The hotel is located in a very nice area, just by the sea. There are restaurants, bars, cafes nearby. The breakfast was decent, with not much variety, but there were a few options available, just enough to cover everyone in my opinion. We had to change our booking to include one more day required, but the platform didn’t allow us to change our booking to do so, therefore we made a separate reservation for that night and we asked if it was possible to stay in the same room without having to checkout and checking again or move rooms. The hotel accommodate our request and not only that but they’ve also upgraded our room for our entire stay for free, that was a welcomed surprise. We would definitely stay in the same hotel again if visit Malta again.

The AC unit needed some maintenance as there was a mouldy smell when on.

We really enjoyed our stay at this modern hotel. Its excellent location puts you right near the heart of the nightlife and conveniently close to the ferry for Valletta. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the tasty cooked options. A heads-up for drivers: there's free public parking adjacent to the hotel, but it fills up quickly due to limited spaces.

The bed linen had noticeable spots, and the pillows provided on the bed were extremely flat. While there were additional pillows in the wardrobe, guests need to retrieve and place them on the bed, as the initial pillows are insufficient for a comfortable sleep
