Staff were very nice and rooms were always spotless. Breakfast was great.

There was no explanation on booking.com that the pool was across the road. It was very annoying as if you were not there at 10 beds were sparse. Waterfront guests did have some reserved beds but even so we wouldn’t have booked it if we had known. It is also shared with the public and is not specific to the waterfront. The pool is small for the amount of people. For this reason we will not be coming back.

Hotel in a very good location. Close to all major activities. The views of Valletta are simply stunning. We had a room with a side view and it was very well equiped. Coffee, tea, sweets were added daily. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is very varied and tasty. Spa 10th floor was very warm. The pool was small but not crowded. The hotel also cooperates with the Aqualuna complex across the street. Hotel guests can use the heated swimming pool and sunbeds with umbrellas free of charge. You just need to pick up the coupon at the reception. Thr staff were very polite and helpfull.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. It has very nice central location next to the sea view and promenade. Shopping malls are about 750m away. about 500-600m is a ferry terminal, from where you can go easily to Valetta (2 eu-one way), only 5 min by ferry Reception gave us a very nice room with execellent view. and we have got welcome prosecco during check in. In the room was a very big bed and good pillows and soft big blanket. Free bottle of water, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, gel, hair conditionair, soap. Room is quite big. Inside swimming pool works until 21.00, in mornings usually no people at all Outside swimming pool is open untill 18.00 and tickets you can get from Reception. Brekfast is good: eggs, breads, pastry, fruits, vegies, coffee machine and you can ask to make fresh coffee too, fresh orange juice, and machine which makes fresh small pancakes. Housekeeping service is every day, which is nice. Free wifi AC could be regulated and made room warmer. Stuff is friendly and very nice, especially reception and restaurant. thank you.

Everything about our stay at The Waterfront was excellent. The room was very spacious and the bed comfy. The view from our balcony was spectacular and enjoyed looking over to Valetta old town at night. The pool across the road was a great added extra. At night we enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar - again a beautiful view. The breakfast each morning was something to look forward to. The food plentiful and delicious, the staff very friendly with excellent service and Chef Stephen was there offering pastries with a smile. The reception staff was excellent also. When my baggage was lost by the airline, Charmaine did everything possible to recover it for me. Chef Stephen even took the time to collect it from the airport. The location of The Waterfront is perfect. Close to bus stops and the ferries. I would not hesitate to reccommend this hotel.

We had a sea view room which I would recommend, lovely view over the harbour with the sun on the balcony in the morning. Hotel and room very clean. Rooftop restaurant was lovely, again with great views and reasonably priced. Would recommend the Spanish Tapas night. Location fantastic with lots of restaurants/bars nearby. Bus and ferry less than 5 minute walk. Staff very helpful, excellent service. Breakfast was nice with plenty of variety.

After visiting Valletta I would maybe have preferred to stay there rather than Sliema, more to visit and see. Though it was only 12 Euro in a taxi from The Waterfront hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The view from our balcony over to Valletta was beautiful and the room was comfortable and nice. Breakfast was good with a good variety of choices. Serveal different restaurants onsite and a lovely rooftop bar that you can get 2 for 1 cocktails at with vouchers they give you on check in (must be same 2 cocktails). Procesco on check-in was a lovely touch.

The pool isn't part of the hotel. It's across the road and it's open to the public/ people from other hotels. It's a nice pool but was very busy and they play dance/ night out music so it's not as relaxing lying by the pool as I had hoped. The hotel has an indoor pool with a hot tub. Was nice having a hot tub but it was only big enough for 2 people so could mean you had to wait a while for it. It would have also been nice it it were open past 7pm so you could go and relax in it after a day trip.

Provided an excellent view of Valletta town walls etc. rooftop bar was amazing. Breakfast was excellent.

The outdoor pool is not attached to the hotel. Hotel guests get in free and there is reserved seating but can still be competitive.

The location is great. The service was good overall. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast needs way way more variety! The good thing is that there is a barista that can make your coffee.

However, beds are not very comfortable.. Do not sleep the windows open because it gets very noisy at night especially if you are on the street side (even if you are on the 7th floor) Last but not least, for paying more than 200 euros per night you can expect more…

Excellent location, very close to Bus stops and 10 minute walk to Valletta ferry. Lovely Lido opposite with access for Hotel guests. The food in the Hotel was very good and the Bar food and Restaurant on the 10th floor was great value for money. The Bar on the 12th Floor has wonderful views. It is not often that I would return to a Hotel or same location, however this is my exception. Great Hotel, lovely staff, would recommend.

Location of the hotel was good. The pool was lovely a great atmosphere. The staff were so help and always smiling. The duty manager came to ask us how was our stay, never had we had that experience before Very clean hotel

The room was a little small. The gym could have been in a room on its own, not in full view of the waiting room and spa area.
