Location is very good, 5 mins walk from Sliema Harbour front. The place has elevator. It's all very new, was build/modernized inside recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The balcony for my room (deluxe king studio) was very small, it is not very useful, barely has space for 1 person sitting there (Can be used to dry towels and swimming clothes 😉) - no real view, except the building across the street. Bed was noisy, springs making sounds when turning, but bed was comfy though. The rooms not too sound proof, could easily hear other people in other rooms nearby.

Well, this is not a review of the actual place, since I didn't get to stay there. I booked a place in a double mixed room (the only decent place I could find last minute for the weekend) and, after my reservation was confirmed, I was told that there was already a girl in the room, who refused to share it with a guy. Why would you book a stay in a double mixed room if you're not comfortable with that?! Anyway, they offered me a private room in an apartment shared with two students, a bit further away, in Swieki. The place was clean, the guys were nice, so in the end it turned out ok. A lady even came and allowed me to check in sooner and to leave my backpack. If they had cancelled, I would have had a hard time finding another place.

The fact that some people book stays in mixed rooms, but then have problems with the mixed part.

Was able to check in a couple of hours early and get to room. Gisele, the manager/owner, was very friendly and accommodating. Going above and beyond. Very good value for money, great location and clean.

Just the lack of ironing facilities. There was a communal steamer available, but it wasn’t compatible with plug sockets. A slightly later checkout time would also be preferred.

Very quiet road and location yet few minutes walk to sliema ferries, bus routes, restaurants etc. Bed was very comfortable and curtains were a total blackout so not woken early by sunlight, shower was perfect with excellent pressure and bathroom was a good size. AC in the room was wonderful. Also had a safe for your valuables. Kitchen area was a good size. Communal area offered fresh water plus microwaves for heating food and several tables to sit at all within the basement area. I thought all in all was value for money.

Downside.... the bedroom area which was far too small for two people but fortunately I was a solo traveller, only one bedside table down one end and bed had to be approached sideways along both walls as limited space to walk, fitted shelf aka table and 2 chairs at the base of bed was not useable as not enough room, had to remove chairs in order to get to the other side of the bed. No kettle for tea and coffee making but boiling water on the induction hob did the job, no plates available only side plates in the room. No Hairdryer in room sadly.

IT WAS AWESOME PLACE AND THE GIRL AT RECEPTION JULIET WAS EXTRAORDINARY IN HELPING ME AND LEFT ME IMPRESSED SO MUCH. SHE TRULY ADDED VALUE TO THE PLACE AND SO THANKFUL TO HER.

There was nothing to hate. All great experience

The hotel is located on a quiet street. There is no noise from outside. Bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants are nearby. The seafront promenade is about 5-10 min walk, beaches are 15 min walk. The room has a kitchen, fridge, dishes, AC, plenty of USB sockets to charge a phone. Cleaning was regular. The instructions for self-check-in were very clear.

The room is tiny for 2 people. The mattress is smaller than the bed base. Swimming suits and towels do not get dry into the room, though it is not the hotel's fault.

Nice big room, with cook top and fridge. Located close to tas Sliema bus stations and ferries. Staff friendly, obliging and a little pushy wanting the .50 cents p/p per day for eco friendly tax which is not included in the booking fee. This must be paid in cash, cards not accepted. Made arrangements to pay this tax next day but staff were ringing me to pay this money. So ensure when you arrive at this place you have this money ready.

Fridge didn’t keep anything cold. No kettle provided. No toiletries provided

Comfortable apartment with great facilities. Coffee machine, refrigerator and cooktop (microwave would have been an added bonus). Great to have an elevator after so many flights of stairs in previous accommodation! Great views of Valletta from the large balcony. Good communication from staff who arranged 2am checkin after late flight.

Shower leaked over bathroom floor and made the whole area damp. We were promised fresh towels which never arrived. Balcony door didn’t lock (but we felt ok on 6th floor)

Really nice, comfortable and quiet modern room with a bench, oven and food. Modern building with great access to all Sliema offers.

Small things that let it down. No staff on site. No shower gel provided. Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel provided. Room has TV but had european plug rather than 3 pin used in Malta. Staff said they would deal with it but didn't. It's only these things that stop it being 10 out of 10 and easily sorted.

Good location, although the streets accessing it were a little steep, so be prepared. It's a 5 minute walk to a main street where you can catch buses to anywhere. The studio was pretty well equipped. The water in the shower was not as warm as I would prefer, so I reported this to the staff and they were willing to sort it out very quickly. Checking in and out was a peace of cake.

The cleaning agent they used to clean the hallway floor in front of the studios smelled a little pugnant, but the smell did not enter the studios, so it wasn't such a big deal.
