From beginning to end this accommodation and experience was 5*. Communication was excellent and we were checked in by the lovely Sonia. We were blown away with how lovely the accommodation was - attention detail was amazing! We were in room 4 and the space was exactly what we needed with a lovely comfortable chairs to sit on an evening. Yes the accommodation is first class but what makes this property stand out was the staff. From Lilly and Jenny serving our wonderful breakfast in the morning and the most beautiful soul (Sonia’s husband) Victor. He was so passionate about the history of Malta and Gozo, we loved his recount of it all, and the lovely stories of him growing up and working in Gozo. We will miss him having breakfast back in the uk! You are also in for treat with Sonia’s delicious cakes she makes fresh everyday- out of this world!

It was all fantastic

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maria’s b&b. Stayed for four nights but wished we could’ve stayed longer. Such a peaceful location, with beautiful views out over the valley from all around. The room was immaculate, with powerful shower and really comfy bed. Breakfasts at Maria’s are a real treat, made fresh to order, and Victor will even give you a Maltese history lesson while you eat if you’re interested. He is a wealth of knowledge about the local area and Malta in general. Would love to return. Thanks for the lovely stay.

The place is authentic and beautiful. It is located at a nice neighborhood. The cute garden, swimming pool, as well as shared lounge areas, and kitchen, make the place a true gem. Breakfast is not to be missed! In addition to the buffet selections, we could also order freshly pressed juice, nice coffee, freshly cooked English breakfast, omelette, etc. Having a nice breakfast in the beautiful garden was such a treat, and it's the best way to start a day :) But the most precious is the staff. Everyone there was super friendly and attentive. They also went out of their way to offer extra help. Knowing that I came on my own with a bus, Sonia even offered to pick me up at the bus station.

Stayed at Maria's for 5 nights but didn't want to leave. It was like home from home. Friendly helpful staff and hosts Victor and Sonia. Great breakfast. Beautiful and very clean room, tastefully furnished. Lovely pool area and balcony for relaxing. Super kitchen facilities and thoroughly stocked supermarket 10 mins walk away. Close to bus stop and centrally located. We were able to walk most of the island from the accommodation. Would highly recommend 👌

The BnB is nicely put together and immaculately clean, with the facilities all very much fit for purpose; including washing machine, iron & board as well as hair dryers and pool towels. There was a good range to breakfast, with the added ability to store excess for later in a designated fridge box. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was really good, the bed was comfy, and the washroom was nicely laid-out and clean. 2 minute walk to the local bus-stop.

No substantial vegetarian alternative to the full English breakfast, however they did stack the plate with what was appropriate. The parting walls between rooms are of a different construction to the building - you could hear alarms going off, but that was the only disturbance.

A hotel located in a quiet, peaceful spot on Gozo. It’s delightful, making you feel as if time has peacefully come to a standstill. Victor and Sonia have wonderful communication and conversation skills; their hospitality is amazing—you feel right at home. And Jenny’s fantastic breakfast… you’ve never tasted anything like it. Very friendly staff and owners, perfect breakfast, fresh, rich and filling, cosy room, property full of authentic features of a razzett, quiet location with no parking problems, close proximity to a very well stocked supermarket

Personally I prefer shower fixed on the wall and shower curtain (a matter of habit) as well as a rubber non-slippery carpet for the bath, however, I still managed very well :-)

The house is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Everything is very clean and for breakfast, most is home made and they prepare many things directly on order, such as egg dishes, bacon, mushrooms, etc. The B'n'B is in a very small place, but since Cozo is very small, everything is reachable within a few minutes by car.

The bed is an old model and thus, it is very shaky.

Rooms are very cozy, the pool is amazing and breakfast is very delicious! Everything was sparkling clean. The owners and the staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were always helpful with suggestions what to do in the area. There is also a shared kitchen to prepare dinner if you don’t want to eat out every night.

Built in the traditional sandstone , beautifully restored to a very high standard, exceptionally clean, gardens, patios and swimming pool area kept very clean . Linen and towels great , room serviced every day , environmentally ‘towel’ friendly. Two outside terraces for all guests to use and lounge areas on the ground and first floor again for all guests to use, use of fridge and also the kitchen for cooking if you wanted to eat supper in . Breakfast was superb amazing choice of cereals, continental, full English, fresh bread, homemade jams and yogurts, fresh fruit salad and a different cake baked everyday. Victor, Sonia and their team were just so kind and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.
