The entrance of the hotel is spectacular...very modern, colourful, eye to detail, everything looks customized as its like we are used to. Clean, there is a lift so we could go up and down with the pushchair. The ac in the room is perfect, enough blankets. The breakfast has a wonderful selection of everything. The location is very quiet. The jacuzzi is so nice and warm perfrct for the evening with a summer breeze. Thry gave us a complimentary coffee/ drink when we came in. All the staff were very patient with my kid.

There is a little lack of plugs in the room for chargers, but doable still.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. It’s a very quiet place, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the surroundings are calm, which made for a truly restful stay. The hotel itself is nice, well-maintained, and comfortable. The only downside was the Wi-Fi. There was no Wi-Fi near the pool, and even inside the hotel room, the connection was weak—especially in the bathroom, where it barely worked at all. This might be something to consider if you rely on a strong internet connection during your stay. Other than that, everything was great. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant place to stay.

We went to Gozo for our celebrations and we couldn’t choose a better hotel other than Santa Lucija! We acknowledge the staff about our visit and we had a very nice room for us with a bathtub and Prosecco! Thank you so so so much! Irene and Natalia at reception were very kind and helpful The facilities are lovely and when the indoor pool is finished I bet it will excel the experience Thank you for all the staff! It wasnt really an issue, but we had someone trying to open our door at least 4 times during our stay. Maybe some guests who have mistaken their room number

We'll always have fond memories of Gozo because of this wonderful hotel. We were overwhelmed by how amazing the room was. The bed, the bathroom, the awesome sauna and jacuzzi. It was luxury, and then some. The staff were wonderful and kind, and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts and drinks during our time at the Santa Lucia Boutique Hotel. Most of all - it was the kindness of Natasha, Irene, Mario, and their staff that really made this perfect stay. It was a five star experience. We will see you again next year. Highly recommended experience! The breakfast was excellent with very good gluten free and dairy free options ... and the food is reallyyy good :) The location is perfect for some short and long walks. Being on the edge of the quiet town of Kercem and so close to so many fields, makes the whole experience even more relaxing and peaceful. The lobby and welcome area is filled with so much light and the sofas are so comfortable we used to love spending time having a cocktail/tea and read a book. The Host and Owner was so kind, cordial and professional, she made us feel so comfortable. Her staff were also really kind and professional, they made you feel at ease, and were eager to support you in whatever way they could.

The beds and pillows are amazing. Loved the views too and the staff at reception were really lovely and helpful. The room was very clean. Really liked the coffee and continental breakfast.

Nothing in particular. There was some work/drilling on the Monday afternoon which was a bit frustrating for noise but appreciate this isn’t a constant issue. There needs to be a light in the toilet by the pool for evening swimmers

Amazing tranquil location, friendly staff, very clean. When something went wrong with the lights on the first night, staff fretted over us and did everything they could to make up for it, including upgrading us to a bigger room and treating us to a free (and delicious) breakfast. Really enjoyed our 3 nights, only wish we had more time there! Special thanks to owner Irene, it was lovely chatting with you :)

Communication through booking.com was zero as staff didn't reply to my messages, but this was all but forgotten once we were there! They have a few glitches to sort out, but once done this should be one of the most idyllic places to stay in Gozo

The host was wonderfully welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was the pool, offering a stunning view that added a touch of luxury to my stay. The scenery surrounding the hotel is truly splendid, set in a tranquil location in Xaghra, ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. Each morning, I enjoyed an abundant and delicious breakfast, which was a delightful way to start the day. Overall, my time at Santa Lucia Boutique Hotel was fantastic, and I'm really looking forward to visiting again.

The Team was extremely kind and attentive from the first day until we left. The style and decoration are modern and welcoming. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay: - Beds are very very very comfortable. - Outdoor pool and Jacuzzi after a long day are great. - The prices for aperitif/coffee or breakfast a la carte are affordable and cheaper than in other locals: you can have a small breakfast on the terrace the morning, leave for some day excursion and get an appetitive platter on the evening next to the pool. The hotel is closed to many attractions (less than 15-20min ride). Also parking is easy around the hotel, even though they have a private parking.

The only negative point was the day we had to leave.

Service was absolutely impeccable. All staff were attentive, kind and sincere. Particular thanks to the receptionist and Azair, who mainly looked after us during out stay. We will definitely consider the hotel again based on their service alone. The food provided at the hotel was also excellent.

It would have been nice to have access to the rooftop terrace, but this is currently only for events.
