Location is spot on; very close to main attractions and just one little street away from main street which makes everything close yet the stay is in quiet place. Also the town itself is charming with lots of cute places to eat and drink. Bearing in mind the room was small (which we obviously knew at the time of booking) it feels spacious thanks to huge terrace with superb seating and gorgeous views!

It was very windy, so the room was a little draughty, it’s also good to mention the stairs to the upper floor rooms are a bit tricky, especially if carrying luggage.

If someone wants to explore the whole island location is really good. Breakfast is 1/2 minutes away from apartment in the restaurant, they give you the menu with options but it’s really tasty and will make you full. Room is spacious. Also we arrived before check in time, and they let us leave the suitcase with backpacks.

Overall bathroom was really nice, but the only thing what made us struggling was a shower. Even with closed door, water was coming out. And in the room AC was working a little bit too loud.

The location was brilliant. The room was large and spacious, with a kettle and a fridge. Bathroom had shower gell and a really nice large shower. The roof top terrace was fantastic - lush to sit in the sun. The staff were great, very friendly and approachable. Great communication before we arrived Loved that it was keyless entry (we had a keycode to get in which made checking out simple) Would highly recommend

It was a fantastic place to stay. Only thing that was a small issue were the doors to the room let light into the room. Not a problem for us, but there are stairs to the rooms which might not be suitable for everyone

The location was spectacular, so close to Mdina, where we could walk around the old city. The surrounding buildings were wonderful and you can spend hours exploring the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and clean, it was wonderful staying there. There was also a kettle in the room The staff was beyond superb, they were extremely helpful, nice and approachable. The breakfast is held in their restaurant, where you can also get lunch and dinner. The breakfast is made on order, and you can choose one of the seven different options. We tried four of them in total, and they were really delicious and the portions were big as well. We will definitely return to this hotel, and recommend it to people who want the perfect place to stay in Malta

We were met by the host a couple of minutes after walking to their lovely restaurant and then walked to the property three minutes away. She very kindly provided us the room on the main floor so we didn't have to walk up a lot of stairs. We really appreciated that! The apartment was beautifully decorated, complete with a kettle, tea bags, shampoo, and air conditioner. The WiFi worked perfectly and quickly so I was able to load a huge number of photos from my camera onto the computer. That was a huge help. We chose to have dinner at their restaurant in the beautiful patio our back. The rental price also included a massive breakfast in the morning, complete with juice or a hot beverage! Parking was free at a lot 5 minutes away?

The electrical outlet on one side of the bed didn't work well. It would have been nice to have had a lamp on both sides of the bed, not just one side.

Third stay and still very kind and welcoming staff! Ideal (for L-Imdina, Ir-Rabat, Had-Dingli, Bugibba, Valletta…) and silent location. Large and very comfortable rooms and bathroom in a more authentic housing that lots of hotels. Wonderful choices of breakfasts served in the peaceful « garden » of a palace less than a minute walk from the room. Air conditioning and TV (with lots of channels) working perfectly. Cleaning has been done several times during the stay (while away).

The only one negative point was the old blue painting falling from walls, but as this is the third year I’m coming, I’ve seen that this is not in all rooms.

Beautiful building that was spotlessly clean and very well presented. The roof top was lovely to have and I enjoyed having a morning coffee up there. Staff were very helpful and communications prior to our arrival were excellent.

Not so much dislikes, more just my observations.…. We had a kettle in the room but only tea, that said there was a decent coffee machine downstairs but no milk. The stairs might be challenging for some people (spiral stairs) but take a bit of care and you’ll be fine.

The location is brilliant, close to all the best restaurants and bars - Chez Emans, Ta Doni, Romans Cave - and 5 minutes walk from Mdina but in a maze of quiet, narrow lovely little streets. The house is beautiful and very clean, the rooms cleaned and sheets and towels changed regularly. The roof terrace is great and whatever staff I saw...and I didn't see very much of them (which gave me the feeling of being in a home away from home)...were friendly and helpful. The key code was an added bonus for check in and ducking in and out - no keys to worry about. Kettle and fridge very handy too.

Probably the bed being two singles and not being able to angle the TV towards the couch....very minor niggles though!I have stayed twice and will return.

Prime location, close to everything but not noisy at night. Felt very safe and secure. The host was fantastic, so attentive and kind. She consistently went out of her way to check on us. The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. We had plenty of space and enough amenities that we could have quiet evenings inside.

The bathroom floors could have been cleaner, but otherwise, it was lovely
