Location is fantastic, you’re a stones throw from all the restaurant's and Mdina. We loved staying in Rabat, might not be for everyone but we preferred it here. Avoids the over touristed hotspots. Our bed was super comfy, air con was needed and a god send. Hosts were great, we only seen them in the morning but that suited us. Our room was clean and tidy, fresh towels and bed made every day. Check in and out was super simple and easy, even at 1am. I think a 9/10 would describe this place perfectly. You get a clean comfy space that’s better than most.

The car park isn’t the best. Dusty rocky ground to park on but we found a spot each day so I can’t complain too much.

Perfect location, extremely friendly staff and lots of information provided for anyone not familiar with Malta. Rooms refreshed whenever needed, staff always ask if anything else is needed. Very comfy room, air con was lovely on the extremely muggy days!

Not much, it really was lovely. If I had to be really picky then maybe I'd say put fly screens on the windows so that there are no little critters getting in when they are open, as I prefer an open window to air conditioning. But that's purely personal preference, otherwise it really was fab.

Thank you for a beautiful stay. The property has such a peaceful and personal atmosphere – it felt more like a home than a hotel. I loved the quiet charm of the building, the tasteful design, and the warm welcome from the team. Joanna was absolutely lovely – kind, helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. The location is perfect for exploring both Mdina and Rabat on foot.

Honestly, I loved everything.

Amazing quiet little spot easily walkable to silent city and around Rabat. We stayed in room 7 with the sun terrace it was so nice to have a spot to relax in the mornings and evenings.

The steps upto the rooms with terraces on the top floor are pretty steep. We managed it with our cases but you need to be able to carry / lift your own baggage.

Fantastic location in the quiet town of Rabat and very close to Mdina. The host was friendly and helpful, always interested in a chat and giving recommendations. The room was cleaned pretty much daily with fresh towels etc. We stayed in the room with the terrace and this was a beautiful addition. The bed was lovely and comfy. Highly recommend

We enjoyed staying at this property as we got anything we needed - clean room, it was close to main attractions in Rabat -Mdina and the owner/person from the reception tried helping us with everything he could. So, to resume I would say the place is ideal for those who want to visit Malta and stay in a place full of history - really close to Mdina citadel, it has access to coffee shops, restaurants and you may find a public parking really close to accommodation.

I would note here that we were expecting this property to be more like a four star hotel/accommodation but I would say it is more like a three star accommodation - the overall experience is not four stars :)

The room I booked and the location in town

Bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner, and unfortunately some foreign guests were disrespectful (loud, thinking they had the whole place to themselves). The staff put a notice to their attention the following days though.

the aircon was very loud in the room which made it hard to sleep however this is the only fault

This hotel is perfect. It's close to Mdina and a central bus station. It's in a very quiet street but very close to many restaurants and bars. It's super clean and seems rather new. The owner is very kind and we got many amenities, even a toothbrush!

To us it was not a problem, but you should know they do not serve breakfast inside the hotel. We really did not mind. in the mornings we enjoyed eating out at the many restaurants available close by. We even ordered from Wolt once.

The owner who welcomed us was extremely friendly, upgraded us to a better room for no extra cost and provided us with useful information about the local area. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was beautiful and came with its own little traditional Maltese balcony overlooking a park. The house itself also came with a central courtyard and free water dispenser in the lobby. The owner personally explained how to operate the AC and stayed with us until we had got it to work.

The only issue with the room was that the pressure of the hot water in the bathroom sink and shower was very low, making it somewhat difficult to shower. Overall, it was a great room though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
