The rooftop terrace was huge and extraordinary! We really loved the view and everybody at the hotel was super nice. We loved that it felt really personal and appreciated all the information we have received during the check in. It was clean and the room was cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the AC strong. The bus stops are in front of the hotel. Great communication with John and Albert. Also, thanks for the cakes :)

The room was nice even though pretty small for 2 people with 2 big suitcases. Also there was a loud sound coming from the bathroom also during the night (maybe from the pipes ?). Mosta is quite a calm city so there is not so much to do in walking distance.

The hotel is on a main street close to restaurants, cafeterias, grocery stores, bus stops, and boutiques. The room was proper and comfortable with all the facilities, even an adapter for the charger! A fairly quiet place. I could hear some sound from the street outside but nothing that was disturbing. Most of the time it was very quiet. John and Albert, who both run the place, were amazing and very helpful! I really loved how invested they were to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They recommended places to visit and always asked if I needed anything for the room. They even assisted me after I checked out, keeping my luggage safe during the entire day. I plan on going back to Malta and when I do, I will be staying at this hotel again.

Nothing negative to say, really. The bathroom was a bit too small but for me, who is quite small, it didn’t matter. But it might matter for someone who needs more space.

Thee room was very clean and comfortable. John was a perfect host, understanding every need and offering valuable advice for your stay. Even when a small plumbing problem arose, it was resolved immediatly despite the country's holiday weekend. Cinematique is very close to many bus stop that cover the island extensively, you just need a little patience while waiting.

The room is not well soundproofed especially when other guests rudely slam the doors!

We had the pleasure of staying at this very special hotel, and it's all thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Albert and John. Let’s start with the hotel itself. Our room had everything a guest could need. It was cleaned daily, which I find crucial as hygiene is a top priority. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially useful during the warmer days in Malta. We arrived quite late in Malta, but this wasn't an issue. Albert and John had already sent us clear instructions for a smooth and early check-in. The check-in process itself was incredibly easy, and we were even welcomed with a delightful gift during our stay. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, allowing us to easily travel from one place to another. Albert and John's recommendations were spot-on and made our trip even more enjoyable. A memorable quote from Albert sums up the experience: “You arrive at the hotel as guests, but you leave as friends.”

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, and the hotel staff surprised us with small thoughtful gestures every day, like leaving little treats in the fridge. The staff was kind and attentive. The view from the room was stunning, and I was so happy we chose to stay at this hidden gem. I will definitely return—it was such a lovely experience. The town itself was small but perfect for a slow-paced getaway of 1–2 days. There were plenty of cafes nearby, a Lidl just a 20-minute walk away, and a bus stop only 2 minutes from the hotel.

John was very nice and helpful, providing me with a lot of useful information for my trip in Malta. The hotel was quite new and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. On the last day of my stay, I had an incident, and I’m very grateful for being allowed a later check-out. The location is great and feels safe. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and you can reach a pharmacy and small supermarkets within 3 to 5 minutes. It’s very convenient for all your needs. Additionally, there are plenty of bus stations, making it very convenient to travel to different places.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location to the point of wanting to return. I was in the penthouse which was immaculately clean, with a lovely terrace which makes you appreciate the wonderful majestic Mosta Dome. The premises are really centrally located, served by two banks, many cafeterias and restaurants, with comfortable street food outlets and various shops and pharmacies. Mosta is centrally located but it surely is a gem. The hosts of Cinématique, Albert and John, really go out of their way to make you feel welcome, comfortable, at home. I was travelling with my son, and we were given warm hospitality and we have fallen in love with the place. It shall, most probably, become one of our favourite places to stay. The wifi was excellent as was the choice of TV entertainment. Tea, coffee, cream, water never lacked, and John’s cake surprise was really appreciated. Thanks so much for making Cinématique feel so much like home.

I liked everything.

We loved everything about this hotel. Even now that we are home but we still miss the vibe there and the view of Mosta. We were there almost a week. Everyday they cleaned our room, put new bottles of water, cleaned bedsheets and the balcony! And one day we came back to the room so exhausted but we found the letter saying that there were gifts for us in the fridge. It turned out as a delicious cake! To be honest we traveled to Malta with last minute plan so we didn’t plan much, John and Albert gave us whole lots of ideas for the trip, also lent us an umbrella beach, iron and many others. We will definitely come back again, probably staying longer next time.

I had the absolute best time at Cinématique. Super clean, space is well optimized, plenty amenities and you’re in the heart of Mosta so super convenient if you’re using public transportation! The highlight for me was John’s warmth and generosity in making sure I made the most of my time in Malta. It went from with tips, simple feedback, to cake (!!) and even discounts for certain activities. It truly makes the difference, so I can’t thank him and the staff enough for being so kind, professional, and truly showing Maltese hospitality. I’ll be back :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent and easily accessible, with a bus stop right in front of the building. The room was beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so it was very convenient. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect during our stay. I highly recommend visiting this accomodation, it’s a fantastic place to stay!
