Service and restaurant . Really very nice staff and service. My mum has problem with her leg and they arranged the room just near restaurant .and all my requests and questions were solved or answered very well.And I stayed 4 hotels ,all are 4or 5stars hotels around Mauritius island and their buffets for breakfast and dinner were high level among them.we even had a Chinese traditional topic eve buffet with high quality food and a live dancing show.

No person can help with luggage at night but it is not a big issue.their service in daytime can let you neglect this small shortcoming

The staff were magnificent, from the moment we arrived to the time we left. I had a small fall at the spa, and sprained my ankle quite badly, and the staff was amazing in looking after my needs. The service and friendliness of staff was great, especially when we needed an early dinner for my son. They would happily cater for him an hour prior to the restaurant opening. The room was spacious and the views of the beach from our room was spectacular.

There was only one evening I was very disappointed with. An event was organised on the second night of our trip and this clashed with attending the restaurant for dinner. There was a lack of seating prior to dinner (as mentioned my son who is 2 has his dinner early) so this affected us but also it didn't feel like there was any attention provided to paying hotel guests. Prior communication for this would be appreciated and also to ensure organisation of the restaurant so you can cater for both your event guests and hotel guests.

Everything at Tamarina was amazing! The staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable and the beach access was wonderful. Beautiful views and a great central area. We will definitely be going back for another trip. Food was delicious and the beach bar area was a great way to enjoy sundowners overlooking the beach and mountain.

Room service and tea/coffee replenishment daily could have been better. Other than this minor feedback, you are sure to have a wonderful stay!

This hotel really surpassed my expectations! Every member of staff was so polite and friendly and most even knew my name and room number. Dinner and breakfast was from a set menu, unlike the buffet meals I had experienced at other hotels. The food was unbelievable (especially the beef tenderloin) and was a beautiful candlelit meal by the sea. I arrived late, after lunch had been served, and there was no food but the chefs were so kind enough to make something just for me The infinity pool overlooking the beach was beautiful and the beach is more private and quieter here making it my preference over the nearby flic en flac beach. A fantastic experience, would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday by the sea! Thank you to all here for making my stay so memorable

All the meals were healthy with lots of choice and well cooked and presented. The staff were amazing, welcoming, charming and with lots of smiles and attention. We were thoroughly spoilt. It was just what we needed, peaceful and very well run. The beach is amazing, a well kept secret, a curved bay with shallow clean sand, none of the dreaded prickly anemones and with breakers gently rolling in and providing safe swimming for everyone. The spa was good. The shuttle service to the golf course worked well and we played golf 4 times on the long and interesting course. We will return as soon as we can. We enjoyed the various entertainments during dinner, especially the 3 piece band with sax, guitar and string bass.

Maybe it's my age but the weekly disco evening was far too loud. We quickly retired to our room. Unfortunately we could still hear the throbbing bass from our room. It did not go on for very long and was a minor irritation. Everything else was good.

The people who work there are all really friendly and the Cook you would like to take Home . Just to good. We liked That the Place gives you a familiär feeling and Not over the top. Keep on doing what you do, your people Are good at it.

This property deserves top marks when it comes to staff. All of them are very well trained, everyone is kind. That is the biggest advantage to choose this hotel. In addition to such friendly staff, you can sometimes forget about certain shortcomings. The food is varied and delicious.

Something I couldn't read in the reviews before I came was the fact that the waves here are very high, very strong. I didn't expect waves like this on this side of the island.

The staff was the highlight of the property. Forever helpful and always willing to help and go the extra mile. They kept coming to ensure we are happy with everything.

The facilities were a little bit of a let down. The pool wasn't clean and the Gym wasn't really a gym. The pool bar wasn't functioning.
