The best place to dive in to the history, feel yourself as plantator !!! This place is amazing - old furniture and modern comfort! Amazing friendly stuff! Do not afraid travel with kids - very kids friendly stuff, toys and services

Shower was broken- was very Hurd to take proper wash. Restaurant working only for dinner , breakfast is very poor- yogurt, 2 slices of bread, 2 eggs every day almost the same

we spent two night in and astonishing old fashion villa surrounded by a beautiful garden, not to mention the restaurant simply amazing, all the staff was nice and welcoming!

The bed is very comfortable, all towels are in a super high quality and softness. The restaurant aka dinner is outstanding - do not miss dining there during your stay. Sharon is special and you get a great service with her. The whole staff in general is very kind and made our stay so nice :) :) :) Thank you.

You can smell the years of the residence (from 1830) entering the room - considering the oldness than it is ok. The owner (lady) is, sad to say, NOT guest friendly !! She had a fit that our little car was parking on "her" property considering that the whole territory is large/huge and all is her property we really did not understand her issue (and when you additionaly consider that hotel guests are part of the source of income!). That experience on our last morning (my husband had to move our very little car during our breakfast because of her) is ridiculous considering the facts! She is lucky that she has such a great + super kind staff, very good chef, a super nice original residence (from her ancestors;) or I would have not rated with that unappropiate attitude so good. I only did one point deduction - without her behavior it would have been a flat 10 from us. Parking space possibility for the "hotel" guests is not obvious (restaurant guests parking is clear). If the owner is so sensitive and has no empathy for the paying guests parking behind the hotel (where the stairs lead up to the rooms actually...) than this needs to be improved through clear hotel parking signs!
