good location. A little paradise highly secured from the outside world. The hotel provides a lot of interesting activities for free so we have the possibility to esacpe this golden prison :) The staff is very friendly

be carful: rooms are not ready before at least 15h. THere is no possibility either to book an early arrival. So if you arrive early in the morning after a 14 hours journey (our case), you´ll have to use a common room until 15h to get changed and wash yourself. As we were very tired and hot, I don´t think this was the best experience. Also be aware that if you are in Half Board/Breakfast you constantly have to pay for drinks even water. I wished we could at least get some water for free for dinner....

The resort is stunning.

Breakfast menu is the same.Never changes. I don’t know if it is a south African thing but I did not find the stuff very friendly. There were only two people that stood out for me. The one lady at reception who worked night shift on the 28th i was sick and she helped arranged a taxi to take us to the pharmacy and kept checking up on me. Then there was the bald guy at the breakfast restaurant and wow he sure remembered my name and was always keen for small talks. Loved that. The information in the room could be better. At least write the instructions down instead of one having to scan the QR code for instructions.

Location was fantastic - Roches Noires overall is fantastic. The breakfast is brilliant and they catered for us vegans. The view from the restaurant is also superb as well as the close proximity to the swimming pool

Lack of transport - located between roches noises and riviera du rempart villages there were very few choices for taxis and we had to rely on the not so frequent buses to flack and goodlands. More effort can be made by one and all to provide shuttle services (cheap or free) towards both villages and beaches. More games including pool tables, carrot and overall entertainment.

Beautiful hotel room, large bathroom area with a very nice garden view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anything we needed or wanted to know they were always there to help at any moment. The pool is modern and clean with attentive pool staff always ready to take any drink order! Breakfast and dinner were quite good, dinner was always more of a diverse option being a new theme every night. That being said however, they do not serve you any drink or even water as part of the evening dinner which was something we found quite odd. You can buy some water\drinks from the bar however so it was alright in the end. Just a rather strange practice I thought I would mention. The entire property was frequently maintained and cleaned around the clock which was a nice touch.

The stay as a whole was very nice I must emphasize. However I do need to warn anyone interested in staying here that the beach and the water as a whole was a very large disappointment. The beach is right by a river outlet that caused the water to be brown and muddy looking and also caused a lot of debris to float onto the beach. Lastly, the location was not ideal if youre interested in seeing the best parts of Mauritius. It is highly reccomended to book a boat tour that can take you by boat all around the best spots of the Island. However if youre looking to just relax at the hotel they do have a nice bar and two very nice restaurants to choose from.

I liked the accommodation, rooms, pool area, kids play area. Restaurant managers were excellent Ramesh and Vinod. Reception staff were also very inviting.

The beach was not as nice as the rest of island, due to river been close. Waitors in the restaurant think they doing you a favour and are worst I have experienced at a 4 star resort. Not enough parking and again the staff make it seems as if they doing you a favour by providing parking. The breakfast buffet is the same daily.

The facilities and activities were great.

That you have to book the other restaurants and cannot just walkin.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Azuri was fantastic! The hotel went beyond what we expected. The food selection was diverse and incredibly tasty, with a new cuisine to enjoy every evening, which made each meal exciting. The rooms were large, and the beds were so comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The staff were welcoming and always eager to assist with any queries. The hotel’s overall atmosphere created a calm and relaxing environment. The variety of activities available made our experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely return!

🏨 - Four star hotel with a good beach, A boat house (snorkelling, free glass boat), a good gym, three 30 metre swimming lines and a pool in the main area divided into three sectors; the hotel is not 100% up to date, but the rooms with pools are top except for their bathrooms 🌮 - The breakfast and dinner area is old, the buffet in the morning is ok (look at the menu: Bread with avocado and egg is very good) in the evening a complete failure (this is the worst part of the hotel; boring, tasteless, just not good) 👩‍💻 - Staff are helpful and quick to respond. Maybe it is a cultural thing but their politeness is a bit played, when they e.g. smile you always feel it is not honest. 💵 - Value for money, I would say the area, room and facilities are good, only the buffet food is a joke.

Hello A great thanks to Mrs Sheetal at the reception. She truly helped a lot during my stay as i have a little 1 yr old baby. She knows how to handle different work at a time. There was a delay during my check in but she made sure we’re comfortable in a lounge. Even though at last minute i upgraded my room she did help a lot. She even called me to made sure everything is perfect. I was really stunned as someone at least is caring during our stay. Thank you so much Mrs Sheetal. You’re such a nice person Overall the hotel is really nice . The plunge pool was awesome as its private. We had a great family time Thank you Radisson blu☺️

To be honest more variety of food would be great but the food was very nice.
