This is one of my favourite hotels (Top 3). It is quiet, comfortable, extremely well located and beautiful facilities. The pool is a dream, the bar near it is great and the SPA as well. The rooms are large and beautiful, well furnished, comfortable and quiet. Another bonus point, we often go for activities such as diving or snorkeling and this is a perfect spot to head to different types of activities in the morning. Finally, the included breakfast in the courtyard is truly delightful.

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and morning runs on the boardwalk. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Hotel amenities are super modern and architectural. Friendly and helpful staff!

Wish the hotel had valet on our first night as we had trouble finding parking in the dark on unfamiliar streets, many of which were one-way. Also the duvet on our king bed must have been two sizes too small as it didn’t cover the mattress, making it very difficult to share the bed with my partner who loves to burrito himself. We asked for another duvet but the staff brought us knitted blankets which were fine.

Location is fantastic; on the Malecon (main drag) and looking out over the Sea of Cortez. If I had the budget, it would be worth the extra cost for a room with a view. Seems like most of the rooms had small balcony/patio. Roof top bar is perfect for watching the sunset. Definitely a property frequented by locals. Not all staff speak English. Pool is beautiful. The breakfast included with the room had plenty of fresh fruit, fresh muffin, freshly squeezed juice and yogurt.

They do not allow any visitors other than paying guests. My son and grandchildren were asked to leave. Also, the room was odd in that the toilet was located on the opposite side of the room from the main bath so it was inconvenient to wash hands

Beautiful property with endless details that I deeply appreciated…aesthetic ones as well as comfort. Several nesting spots to soak in the ambience with an attentive staff. Too many examples to list and I don’t want to ruin the joyful surprises. Just go and find out. A little spendy but worth it.

There were a few details like the pool was very cold…the lounge chair cushions were fraying. Minimal issues since I love a short polar plunge :)

Beautiful, good location

The employees could have been more empathetic. I found hair from someone in the bathrobe. Also, another guest entered my room in the middle of the night. The door was closed and he was able to open it with his keys.

What wasn’t there to like? Room were perfection. Great staff, incredible food! And the pool was the highlight!

Unfortunately we couldn’t take advantage of the rooftop because we had our son with us. Wish it was more accommodating to allow children.

I think it was overpriced for what it was and the staff was not very accommodating. at some point, I asked if I could have breakfast at one of the tables in an empty section right next to the bar on the hotel patio and they said no they could easily have been flexible. Still, the poorly trained supervisor said no and didn't professionally manage the request. They all seemed rookies at their jobs and although the facilties were nice the staff fell short.

The hotel was beautiful and well designed. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The amenities were an huge plus, and the pool, spa and roof top deck were all lovely.

Truly not much

Very calm and chill. Great staff. Nice rooftop.

Breakfast menu very short. You end up eating almost the same meal every day + lots of things not included.
