The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The place was clean and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The pool staff was very friendly and kind. I enjoyed the music at the pool. It gave it an upbeat vacation vibe. The staff had shuttled us around the resort so the made it easy to get around and visit family that was staying nearby. I liked that we could walk to the beach club and that we had choices for dinner. The food everywhere was delicious even for the pickiest eater. I will definitely be back.

The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a mirror in the room. Just the bathroom. I was traveling with my adult grandson, so it made it challenging for us to get ready at the same time.

Clean and beautiful property with a well kept cactus and succulent garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s next to a beautiful. It has three swimming pools and a hot jacuzzi that overlooks the beach, perfect for watch the sunset. The food at the restaurant if oof high quality. I’m not sure when it was built but it felt quite new.

Prices are very high for the food and drinks at the restaurants and bars. Going to La Paz is a 15-20 min drive by car or taxi (no public transport). Information on what amenities are part of the hotel, what is included and what not was lacking. Staying at a gated yacht marina felt a little isolated as if you don’t want to be part of Mexico.

Loved how close it was to the beach and the beach club. The pool is very nice. The food in the Barco Restaurant was excellent. Very quiet area all around and easy to take a taxi downtown and back.

I wish they had a jacuzzi at the pool area and that their work out room was bigger with more weights. You are out of luck if something is using the weights you need.

- Pool are is quite nice and service was great - The beach was beautiful, although there were not lounge chairs, sun bed or anywhere to be. No service either - Breakfast is served until noon - Staff was super kind at the end of the trip and gave us the hospitality room after checkout

- Food was not great, too expensive for what you get - The hotel was basically empty and they could not give us the room before 3 pm since they had to clean it, I´m 7 months pregnant and ask for this in advance so we could rest - We had to ask for wifi password, to know schedule for breakfast... for a 5 star hotel staff and support when arrived was quite poor

friendly staff especially giovani in the barco restaurant and raul at the beach was amazing so friendly knowledgeable and knew what we wanted before we did 💕

the main pop area isn’t great, there are a lot of steps and the food options aren’t great and are expensive for what you get

Cleanliness, amenities, friendly staff, location

Not a lot of cabinets/drawers to store clothes and personal items. No fans or good conditions for the bartenders at the swim up bar. They were dripping sweat all the time. Not fair for them.

Hotel staff so accommodating to our needs. The pool was fantastic with a swim up bar with stools you could sit on. Great pool depth as I can't swim. Views from the restaurant wonderful as well as the food.

beautiful location and very quiet. staff were so helpful especially one bellboy, Ramon Humberto Ramirez. He always went out of his way to help with anything you needed, directions, maps etc. It is individuals like Ramon that you remember from a trip.

location a bit far from the malecon so you needed a car or taxi. The menu for the restaurants was so limited, room service was the same menu as the restaurant for lunch and dinner. almost forced you to look elsewhere

I have been going to this resort for 7 years. now that I am retiring I will be going there more frequently. The staff are the best I have ever experienced, and I have traveled worldwide

they are currently upgrading the property so it can be a little bit noisy. but they should be done soon

the beach was wonderful and pool was amazing, restaurants were all great we had a great selection of things to do and everything went as plan. the staff gave us good tips on new location beaches we should see.

it would be a good idea to have a near by car wash or just a simple car wash maybe interior only, renting a car to go to the beach can be messy and we had no time to find a reliable car wash. a staff helped us out on washing the interior the night before are flight.
