Great breakfast and until noon - pool was amazing, but not much shade. No balconies, but outdoor areas very close. Need uber and taxi to go to main areas, unless you want to walk 45min, but not expensive because it is close. Very nice beach if you walk across the main road and 5-10 minutes north, you can go 300-500m out into the ocean and it is only waist deep with an amazing view! My friend (Méxican) and I (Canadian) fell asleep on that beach for > 1 hour with iPhone and wallet in plain view next to us and it was totally safe - that would not be the case in Vancouver, BC

Oddly, if you wanted to order drinks or food, you had to go inside the restaurant and ask. If they came by and asked if I wanted to buy drinks or food I would have spent a lot more at the property.fell

loved this place!! the room was clean with a king bed and great aircon. the breakfast was the best with lots of options and a chef making omelettes and pancakes etc for free. the breakfast staff were soo good and always topping up your coffee. there was live music too with the breakfast. the hotel also offers free tennis.

the aircon was slightly loud but we were grateful to have it anyway. the pool is very cold

Hotel was great! Only problem was I could only purchase 2 discounted breakfast buffet and we had three people. I wanted to order off the menu but was told I needed to use the Qrcode to access menu. As I did not have a cell phone with me I was forced to pay the regular price for the breakfast buffet, but when we went for supper they gave us a paper menu. Need to tell their staff there is paper menu also. Not everyone has a cell phone.

we loved the quiet location out of town. The breakfast was excellent, restaurant staff were really great. The pool area is relaxing and the pool was extremely clean.

we didn’t mind the 40 minute walk into town, The Malecon is always interesting to walk, but some might find it too far. We stayed on the 3rd floor which has not been renovated yet. It’s very dated and the bathrooms desperately need a ventilation fan as they stay very wet, but it looks like they are working their was down, renovating the last few rooms.

Everything was great with my stay. From the moment arrived they where very accommodating. They had no problem allowing me to park my motorcycle in the front of the office for safety was a blessing. The hotel i felt was very nice and clean. The room was super clean and spacious. Really loved the fact that they had a nice restaurant as well as an amazing out door breakfast area. overall the time I spent was perfect.

I loved everything about my stay with them. Nothing to complain about.

The attention of the people were always on time and very friendly. It was the best location to go to the balandra and coyote’s beaches.

The mattresses were very used. Were not comfortable. The other guest were not respectful of “hours of sleep”. Their tv were very loud pass 10 pm and they were up with tv very loud again before 6 am.

They have not enough towels for the pool, breakfast buffet is not that great. The rooms need a it more attention to detail on cleaning.

Had to go all the way to the lobby for pool towels. And at 9:30 AM we had,a knock on the door to "check on the room".We were out late at an event the night before and were still sleeping.I dont know if it was a mistake or something they normaly do. It was weird.

Hola, all and all the Hotel was great, we had a very good stay! The breakfast, the food was delicious we all enjoyed it, thank you. We live in San Jose Del Cabo, and when we visit La Paz again, we will stay at Araisa Palmira, very comfortable! Thank you and Merry Christmas, Happy New Year "2023"! The construction noise was very noisey in the morning.

breakfast buffet was great - comfortable pool area - hotel staff able to accommodate early arrival with no extra charge (early flight in), great storage space for unpacking

wifi was in and out (meaning, also tv), first day shower only had strong single spray, first day toilet kept running unless I maneuvered handle
