I was traveling with my two little ones and my husband and we absolutely had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located right Infront of the beautiful beach in La Ventana , we stayed up and watch the stars at night where we saw many shootings stars. Everything is so close around La Ventana so you cant go wrong with the location of the hotel, they were very accommodating as soon as we arrived and answered any questions we had reference any tours or what we could do around La Ventana. The rooms were very clean , and they had a cleaning crew clean up the room each day of your stay which i thought that was great! The room was big enough for my husband and my two little ones...

the only thing i wish is that the rooms had more pillows but we also didn't ask for more pillows. At night it gets a little chilly so i also wish we had extra blankets but again maybe if we would have asked I'm sure that they would have accommodated that request.

The location was amazing, beachfront and outdoor facilities-beach loungers, bar/snack bar in the sand. The staff at the snack bar/bar played music through out the day, that was suited to the time of day. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful! The room location and view of Ventana Bay a beautiful sight!

Our room was furnished with very basic furniture (a basic queen bed, as well as a single bed, a dresser, small fridge). No microwave or TV. We didn’t miss the tv but some folks might. Upgrading the room furniture could make a big difference. Our fridge wasn’t working. We did notify the staff who rectified the problem very quickly! The staff were amazing!

If you like being right on the beach, with the perfect vantage point for windsports, this is a very good spot. Nice bar and lounging area in the sand with many tables and chairs. Everything is very clean and the manager is very helpful. Beautiful sunrise views, if you get up early! Ps, very good bathrooms. Clean, no plumbing problems, and lots of space.

If relying on using a kitchenette, just make certain the room has the utensils, pots, etc you need. We extended our booking at the last minute, thus needed to be moved to another room (which was to be expected) and the second room wasn't as well equipped as the first.

Everything was great! Incredible staff and incredible location.

It would be nice if the string lights hanging up outside were on a timer to turn off at 10pm. Several nights they were on all night and they are very bright even with the curtains closed or get black out curtains. I was in room #3

Amazing place on the best spot of the beach. Everything was perfect. The bar/restaurant was amazing! Also walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Loved all of it and will be back!

Great location right on the beach. Not only did we have awesome views from the balcony, but it's easy walking to restaurants and bars. Owner is on site, he and staff jump to handle any request. Would stay here again.

Very nice location and dreamy spot on the beach. Waking up to see the sunrise from our balcony was amazing!

Our room was a bit rustic and the bathroom needs a little bit of renovation perhaps.

The location was perfect with beautiful beach front access and view. All the staff were super friendly and fun to be around as well.

Nothing to dislike

On the beach on the best spot, big rooms, big bathrooms with bath, big terrace with sunrise view, touch of candles, nice little beachbar, very nice and open minded owners.

Oceanfront Location is awesome

They don’t clean your room, I stayed 5 nights and they didn’t clean. At check out nobody helped us, we had to leave the room key on a table.
