EVERYTHING! The house is stunning, a hidden gem of peace and quiet decorated with artfulness and love, with incredible views over the city from the different terrasses. The level of comfort is perfect. The owner Giuseppe and his team really made us feel like we were at home. We had various activities planned outside that required we leave really early, and regret we could not spend more time at the Residence to enjoy the place and learn more about the story and decoration. Finally the Residence is amazingly located: 3’ away from the Malecon and 10-15’ walk from loads of trendy coffee shops, restaurants and plazas. We will undoubtedly come back. Thank you Giuseppe, Carla and your team for taking such good care of us.

What a brilliant hotel, from the beginning the staff and communication were great. It was so refreshing to be in a hotel that holds character and every space and area felt well curated, especially our room. The room we had, i believe, was the ordinary choice but it was so spacious! Great sleep and lovely bathroom (and robe!). Breakfast was treated with a view and table service. As the hotel is boutique the privacy you have is wonderful. In comparison to the larger hotels there are around Baja you breath better in a hotel like this. They have small spa and tanning area, the temp of the spa, luckily for us, was cool so a refreshing plunge before bathing in the hot sun which was further enjoyed by a fridge full of beers, sodas, as well as a liquor area as an honesty self serve setup. Great place! Great find! I only wish for more hotels like this in Baja. A note for others: We enjoyed delicious Mexican style breakfasts though I read they also do American so if that is what you expect then do communicate with them. Otherwise enjoy the local cuisine.

The breakfast was excellent and healthy, the place. had a very nice atmosphere with shared facilities such as balconies and spa pool, but always space from other guests. The location is slightly away from the crowds which si my preference but it is a short walk to the centre if required

Not much to dislike. It was winter so hard to complain about the lack of a pool, but the beach is 5 minutes walk at the most. I found it easy to relax there and the staff are helpful and discrete.

Residence Las Flores is a wonderful place to stay if you find yourself in La Paz. Maria provided exceptional service upon check in and everyone at the hotel was terrific. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the tables had a beautiful view. We enjoyed the game room and the honor bar. You'll find more snacks, water, coffee and soft drinks in your room than you can consume, and it's a really nice touch.

The hotel is in a residential area, and La Paz is a city, so you'll hear city sounds. If you want to stay anywhere in downtown La Paz, you'll have sounds of cars, dogs barking, roosters crowing and wind chimes. I enjoyed being able to watch the birds and the sea from our balcony.

Very clean room. Very comfortable bed. Exceptional staff. Our host Karen made sure we had everything we needed for our stay in and out of the Residence.

The shower in Milena took 5 minutes to get barely warm then only stayed lukewarm for 2 minutes before going cold again. Lights shining in room was not great either but had a eye mask. Jacuzzi was cool but I imagine for 9 months out of the year it’s perfect. None of these were a deal breaker as the good out weighed the bad.

Very comfortable, lovely ambience, helpful staff and lots of charming nooks and crannies to enjoy sitting and admiring the view from one of several terraces. There was a copious and freshly prepared breakfast every morning, the room was really well stocked with coffee, cold drinks and snacks, there was an honesty bar in the lounge and a hot tub on one of the terraces. The bed was huge and comfortable, everywhere was spotlessly clean and all the rooms had examples of the local ceramics and other quirky and individual decor.

All the stairs would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues or who suffered from vertigo as the property is stacked on four floors reached by open wooden staircases, with the breakfast room at the very top. There is a lift which I assume those who can't climb all the stairs would use to be able to access all areas of the property

A beautiful property in a great location. Just minutes away from the boardwalk and main strip but not right near all the activity. The old colonial style is really well done with beautiful heavy wooden furniture everywhere. We spent several evenings on the terrace reading and enjoying the sunset. We were very comfortable here during our stay in La Paz and would come again. Plenty of street parking right near by. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was also excellent.

The courtyard floor, where our room was, has lights that appear to be on 24 hrs a day, which wouldn't be an issue but our curtains were very thin so all the light comes in and the room stays super bright all night. The room needs thick curtains to allow it to be dark or the lights need to be turned off in the courtyard. We were lucky and remembered sleep masks. I do recommend earplugs as well because there are an astounding number of dogs in the area and they can get pretty worked up, but that's just La Paz and not the hotel's fault. The hot tub was open, but stone cold and I'm not sure why. Overall though these are pretty minor complaints, just something to plan around since nearly everything else was great.

The property had a great location and a warm inviting feel. The staff was extremely friendly, Nice and helpful. The in room amenities with snacks and drinks was a really nice feature as well as the honor bar. The room had all you can drink coffee, which was also a very nice feature. Also, the breakfast included was delicious. This property was well managed well-maintained and extremely comfortable. The location was great close to the Malevon and plenty of restaurants and activities. The only thing that would’ve made the property any better was if the rooftop pool/Jacuzzi was a little bit warmer. Other than that it was an exceptional place

The jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer

Our stay at Residence Las Flores was a very hospitable experience for us. From the informative greeting upon arrival to the lovely rooftop breakfast, to the snacks and drinks provided during your stay, they have really dialed into something magical. The space is furnished beautifully, with multiple patios where you can enjoy a coffee, read a book, play games, etc. amongst lush greenery.

There really was nothing to complain about.

Great staff! Everyone tried their best to relay information to us in English; two friendly cats on site which was the best. Good/healthy breakfast in the morning; expresso available in the room, a ton of bottled water, and snacks also in the room which helped tremendously. It is a very unique design- you will not find anything else like that.

I did not realize the interior would entail so much dark wood. It gives me less of a warm feeling and gets depressing when staying for a long time- this is subjective. No shampoo in the room so bring your own. Everything else is provided. Also, I wish breakfast started earlier. Most tours or beaches start early in the morning and you will have to miss breakfast due to that. An 8 am start would be nice, but earlier than that would be ideal. A hot tub is actually a cold tub. They do not heat it up during the summer months so we did not get a chance to enjoy it. If it was at least room temperature, that would be doable, but freezing hot tub was not something I expected to find :)
