Lovely hotel, great location with easy access to Malecon, and nearby shops and restaurants. The surrounding area is quiet. The courtyard and pool area is great- just the right amount of sunshine and shade. The staff was welcoming. We speak very little Spanish and the staff were happy to talk with us in English. We organised a boat trip through reception- everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was also good. I would happily stay there again.

There was not a lot not to like. It would have been nice to have glasses in the room. But I am assuming reception would have given them to us if we asked. Also, a second drink: ie, 2nd cup of coffee or coffee and juice at breakfast would have been appreciated.

The personnel at the reception and were exceptional, as well as the chambermaids; nice, courteous and ready to serve. The room had an excellent size, as well as the bathroom. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable and the luggage space large enough.

The safe was small, because it could not fit an Ipad or a laptop. Although the breakfast was good, the selection was limited and the amount or food or drinks were limited, considering other Mexican 3 or 4 star hotels in which the breakfast is included in the price.

nice room, nice location, the complementary breakfast at the restaurant next door was excellent with fast service so we could get going quickly, the front desk staff all spoke excellent engllish and were always present. the grounds were nice, and it was right near restaurants and a decent grocery market. I felt safe the whole time. We also liked using the room safe for our money and passports while out during the day.

it would be nice if the room had a refrigerator and / or a microwave. the desk staff stored one small food item for us in their employee refrigerator.

Location is great. and all the hotel facilities. The staff is very kind and willing to meet any needs. My suite was very comfortable. The pool is nice. I really enjoyed my stay. Courtesy breakfast is pretty good.

The breakfast was good, however I suggest that you remind the guests at check in that the menu inside the room is not all included for the courtesy breakfast. and I do suggest to include tea as a part of the breakfast for those of us that don't drink coffee.

Very clean room and very spacious, beds are very comfortable, AC works perfect. the employees are very nice and helpful. I liked that we were allowed a late checkout to accommodate our schedule.

The breakfast is not good at all. Options are very limited and the food is not good. for the price of the room I was expecting to have full breakfast options, such as omelettes, machaca, etc. this needs improvement.

The hotel is very well located. The food portions in the restaurant were very generous. You can get the meals included in the reservation but you get 50% discount for other meals. The other meals in the restaurant are well worth using the 50% discount. Staff is very friendly and supportive

The rooms show deterioration and were worn out. It wasn't as clean as we would have liked, but it was tolerable.

Stayed here during Hurricane Norma (didn't realize there was a hurricane passing through until we arrived), and all things considered they did a great job of taking care of us. Luckily the breakfast place was next door and they were able to come in to make some meals for all in the hotel. We were able to find one store open in the vicinity (luckily) and got more supplies while we waited out the storm. 1st time in La Paz and we will have to come back to properly visit the town and beaches as we spent a solid 2.5 days in the room.

The Hotel is a great place to stay, even though my stay was business, its a gret location just to walk around downtown and site seeing... Restaurants there are many options where to have your meal, beside the hotel resturant which is a great toption too.

Splippery floor in the bathroom, you must do something about it to prevent this from happening,, I fell on my back luckly I did not get injured except for my pride....

Amazing breakfast!!! Just as great as everyone mentions. It’s not the typical basic buffet, but a short menu with 5 different breakfast options which are pretty large.

Nothing. Even if there’s not a big parking lot and they cannot guarantee your spot, you can park just outside the building and it’s pretty safe.

The staff was awesome, the guy showed us our room after we checked in and gave us information about the room. He asked us if we would like extra pillows we said yes and got it right away. We were happy that they provided drinkable water in the lobby considering how hot it is outside. The location is good, a few blocks away from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and bar. There was free bottled water as well which we greatly appreciated however, if you requested another bottled water would cost you 20pesos.

I think the toilet needs to be replaced. We were nervous as well when the power went out but thankfully it came back probably after an hour.
