Spacious rooms and bathrooms for family with teens! On site market for early morning coffee and pastries or other travel needs (sunscreen). Great customer service - poolside dining, and restaurant. Activities like bucket ball challenge, churros and chocolate, aqua bike, etc. Perfect location to enjoy San Jose Del Cabo.

Strange use of space - ie front half of resort under utilized (adult only pool, sushi bar, pews with a view). Small fitness center given demand. Need more communal seating areas around multiple fire pits (rather than one large one with circular seating) and tables to play games/cards. Other nigh-time hangout areas. Bathroom towels could be softer.

The scenery , the pools and cleanliness.

Booked massages and wanted to reschedule, in order to make it to a boat party . They wouldn’t allow us, stating that the policy; which they did tell us in the beginning ,that if we canceled they will take 100% of the massage charge on my card ! However, if rescheduling and not canceling I don’t understand why they weren’t allowing it , especially we booked 8pm that night and call 8am the next morning to reschedule. I expected more accommodating services, especially when going to the spa , we were the only clients there , so it wasn’t as if it was super busy and booked that they couldn’t .

The most outstanding guest services, the food was outstanding, quiet beautiful beaches, multiple gorgeous pools and incredible clean rooms

The chairs by the pool were all reserved by 7am in the morning and then people didn’t come down to sit in them until much later. This was very inconvenient and we rarely could get enough seats as an entire family of 6 together

The resort has a very beautiful design and is full of details everywhere. The pool and beach areas are very comfortable with different types of beds and sun loungers. It's not possible to swim in the ocean because currents are very strong. The family apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and are very well maintained and comfortable. I would go back again! Only the food at the resort is really pricey, but there are more options at restaurants across the street.

Food prices at the resort are very high.

The location was good. The rooms were very cleaned and the spaces very comfortable.

I did not like the prices. The prices were too expensive plus many taxes. And I did not like the prices contradictions between the Hotel and the websites used to book the hotel.

The room was beautiful and the property was astounding, but the room seemed to lack basic amenities such as water bottles and slippers and brush kit etc

The hotel's design and cleanliness is classy, elegant and very comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and easy to find, and the resort has everything you need within it. The pool area is incredible and all the food was delicious (especially the sushi!).

The housekeeping schedule felt a bit intrusive and intense, the times that the room was apparently scheduled to be cleaned didn't seem to make sense, like a couple of hours after I'd checked in and was settling into the room. It would also be nice to see filtered water stations to refill water bottles and reduce plastic waste!

Food excellent, room large and well done. Bedsheets nice Good amenities. Grounds well kept. Everything clean. Helpful wam staff. Pools nice. Lots of sitting areas around resort. Multiple food and restaurant choices.

See Loud ear splitting music by unknown weak artists, especially lobby and main pool. Pool chairs uncomfortable. At checking told room upgraded..it was not. Adult pool loud beer pong games.

gorgeous pool area and amazingly beautiful and comfortable rooms. loved the pillows!

the insistence on not bringing your own food and drinks to the pool area. no complementary water in the room (small bottle given on arrival) and the store prices are expensive.

It was well organized and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and check in was very smooth. We were a bit early but still managed to get into our room. The pools and layout was very user friendly. I would recommend it for a great break

I realize it was a tourist resort but I found the prices were high for basic items
