I loved and enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tepeyac. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. One of my family members had bronchitis and had difficulty walking. They gave us a room on the first floor, they provided us with a heater and a coffee maker that we used to warm her water. Additionally, we loved the location of the hotel as there were a lot of restaurants around it and the food was really good. Also, the colors of the hotel were amazing, not to mention the plants, it really showed the Chiapas culture.

I loved the decore of the entire hotel; the room was comfortable, but somewhat small; the room was hot, but staff was accommodating by providing a fan; staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could use more hooks to hang towels; breakfast service was too slow and served lukewarm; the room could use an extra trash can.

The location was on the main street, a lot of stuff to do, the staff was really good and polite. good vibes and comfortable beds, wifi is good, and the rooms was clean.

Bed was a bit small but ok, and also the room was really small but was ok generally, no air conditioner but we didn't need one

No breakfast but lots of cafes close by. The staff was super helpful and the location on the main street as handy as it gets.

The bathroom was the size of a phone booth, such that sitting on the throne was a contortion. That was really the only negative.

Location is perfect and there is free parking (although not in the actual property)

The room is very small and had interior windows so no chance of opening unless you are OK with people looking at you

Beautiful, colorful hotel in postcolonial building. Building in a very good local style with lots of plants and fantastic sculpture of jaguar. Ckean, welll arranged room. Nice space for luggage. Perfect localization in the heart of pictoreque San Cristobal - in middle of the most beautiful walkway with shops and restaurants. Very good wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanless in every corner.

Surprisingly thin walls-easy to hear whats going on in the next room. Location at the walking area makes parking and packing little tricky. Due to the blockades on the road from Tuxla we arrived after sunset. Policemen didn't accept our temporary stop nearby. Finally hotel personel helped us out (hotel garage included in the price is 2 blocks away) howewer it was quite stressing.

price / quality was Super! Wifi was really good and on the best spot in San Cristobal

the bathroom was old, and we had ants in there

The rooms are a bit stuffy and seem to have a bit of a moisture problem, but other than that it was very nice

The smell of the pillows (smelled like they were left in the washing machine too long) and the tile grout was a bit moldy on the room floor
