The sweetness of the staff is the number one highlight of this hotel. Then the rooftop with incredible views of Sancris and the location that is unbeatable

Thin walls which made it uncomfortable and awkward one night where all the hotel could hear what was going on in one room at 3AM. Also, the carpet in a hotel room with not much exposure to the sun and in a town with a lot of humidity: my allergies and asthma attacks kicked off and I was sick after I came back for 2 weeks. Lastly, it is a bit of an issue not to be able to get even a soup at night in the hotel as the restaurant only offers breakfast and closes after that.

It was my second time to stay, a year apart. The breakfast was tasty and eaten in a beautiful dining room.

The background music, but the reception staff turned the volume down. I just wanted to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and peace. There is no need for background music. If l want music l go out to enjoy it. In my hotel l like a quiet atmosphere.

My window didn’t not open and the window looked right on to the restaurant. Y room was hot and stuffy because no window to get fresh air in Restaurant staff not so friendly and good at offering me a little more coffee.

Pousada Real de Chiapas is a beautiful colonial structure with beautiful art in the dining room, halls and the rooms. There is a lovely interior courtyard with the dining room and a lovely sitting area with a fountain. A ample Breakfast was included and served. The coffee was excellent.

The rooms on the street were dark because of the wooden shutters. Of course it is a very old building and the shutters are authentic so We adjusted.

Wonderful: staff was superb. The hotel was super clean, decorated beautifully. Great location. Lots of places to relax outside the room. I particularly liked the veranda/gazebo on the ground floor: nice music, a fountain, and plants.

Breakfast was great, bit maybe a few more options for the breakfast included.

This is a beautiful hotel with lots of lovely space and details. I would recommend you book it where breakfast is included.

The toilets are very low.

Room was a little cold. We got a space heater and that helped but still cool.
