Nice spacious hotel room with good AC and shower, large bed. We used the pool one evening and afternoon, it wasn't too busy and there are lights at night for a swim. There's a nice area near the pool for guests to relax and order food from the restaurant. There was a filtered water station to fill up our water bottles or make a hot tea which was nice. Parking was convenient, free and had a 24/hour security guard. Large Chedraui grocery store and mall across the road and decent restaurants around the corner. We drove to Sumidero Canyon from this hotel which was about 16 minutes drive.

The electricity turns off when you're not in the room, so you can't charge things when you go out, and the fridge shuts off. Great they are saving power, but a slight inconvenience.

Beautiful Property located near Restaurants & stores. Rooms are Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. About 40 minutes from Airport

From 11:20pm- 12:40am there were men yelling loud outside, screaming, laughing it was so loud. It sounded like they were down by the pool area and outside our room. It was such a disturbance to us who had to leave to airport early am. We put air conditioner on to drown out noise. AC is pretty loud.

All of things were excellent. Just a little detail. I requested one room for four people, so they gave US justo two soaps and two towels. We needed more of them.

Service was good. The staff arranged a large vehicle to take us to the airport. (5 people with many suitcases)

The door lock system stopped working, but they fixed it the same day.

The place has a great location and the conditions of the room are great

During breakfast the waiters were very rude. We asked for the menu in order to ask something complementary besides the continental breakfast, and they just evaded our table. We asked twice and waited for a long time and at the end, after more than 30min waiting for the menu, we decided to go.
