The hotel is beautiful, and a perfect location.

My wife got food pousoning from her dinner the first night at the hotel restaurant. She ordered a mushroom dish. In the 3 years we've been together, this was the first time this happened. She was sick and vomited the next morning. She didn't eat anything until the next day, and now she's fine. We would still return because we loved the hotel, but she won't eat at the hotel restaurant next time. I ordered salmon, which was undercooked, but I didn't get sick.

Upscale feel. The restaurant seemed to always be open no matter what time you you feel hungry. When I tell them "Mi espanol no es bueno" with a smile they respond with an immediate smile and we muddle through it together. It was always fun.

No coffee before 7am. No coffee maker in my standard room. Maybe they would provide one if I asked. There are no brochures to tell you anything, like there's a beautiful peaceful area in back with a pond, so explore the property!

Loved the feeling of the hotel. Staff was very helpful I liked the restaurant. Lobby restrooms were great. Concierge was helpful and resourceful. Overall, I would come and stay again.

There were two things. First, we stayed 8 days, and our bed sheets were never changed. Second, the Italian buffet was very dry. The pasta was stuck together with very little sauce and very few protein choices.

Beautiful grounds pool large clean nice room with balcony pool view bar restaurant. I have stayed here number of occasions and always encountered very friendly helpful staff especially the gentleman at the front desk. He assisted me both days also when I stayed here before. It’s so helpful he speaks perfect English and is very professional friendly and helpful. Thanks to all the staff!

Only wonder why the Pool closes so early 7pm?? Nothing else wonderful stay

The hotel has excellent amenities and since I was traveling with my pets, this place is perfect for them with the spacious green areas and virtually you can walk with your pets all around with no restrictions. I like the cozy atmosphere and the gardens to walk around. Very well located just 1km to the cathedral and you have many coffee shops and restaurants around. Rooms were very spacious and the terrace was very nice.

Maybe the breakfast buffet at that time, it was pretty busy and the service was a bit slow, also slightly pricey for the ofeering, other than that the stay was great in general

Lovely place with nice pool and good breakfast. Pretty, spacious lobby. Location is on one side of town but lots to do right outside the door as you walk to the center. Also near some good breakfast places and market if you want to venture down the street.

Bathroom was rather old and dated. Wall was peeling. The old charm of the place should be updated and modernized for the bathrooms. Probably could have asked for another room but we arrived late on a friday night and just wanted to get out for dinner. General hallways of the large hotels needed updating too--old, soiled carpets.

Breakfast was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful gardens at the back of the property. Staff was very friendly and try to help asap when we notify about pool issues.

Pool was not cleaned, water was cloudy and the deepest part (only 1.30 meters) could not been seen, had lots of water bugs and was very cold. We notify front desk and maintenance team tried to clean it, but was not enough to let my kids go in. So we didn't enjoyed, although it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

The rooms are pretty big, bathrooms are good, bed and pillows are super comfortable, tv works very well and Air conditioned was in the room.. everything is amazing the place is beautiful from outside

That staff at front desk is not that friendly! And that we have to pay for parking 150pesos per day which it will come complementary in every hotel

Very well located. They have exclusive parking lot which is an important subject in the city. Very nice facilities and room. Very comfortable rooms and beds. I would stay there again.

The TV was too dark, maybe it was ready to replacement. The menu for adjusting it wasn't available. For the price of the night these little details shouldn't be allowed.

It could use a little ‘refreshing’ up. There were light signs of mold in the bathroom. I suggested to the front desk that there was really no need to completely change the bedsheets on a daily basis especially given the fact that SMA is facing a water shortage. Or at least staff could ask the simple question, do you want your sheets changed.
