We stayed in a Luxury Queen Room on the top floor that looked out over C. Joaquin Angulo. The room was plenty big enough and had a small balcony. It was a wonderfully "gothic" experience with an anti-room for the wardrobe and our bags. The bathroom was fine albeit with no window. The hotel reception staff were very friendly, ditto the breakfast server. The breakfast was good although basically the same on each of the 3 days. The wifi was good and allowed us to check emails and listen to Radio Caroline's internet broadcasts. The roof terrace was huge and we never saw anybody else on it. Indeed, the hotel was very quiet.

On the middle day the cleaner forgot to clean our room and replenish the water bottle but they were maybe called away on an emergency? The receptionist gave me replacement water when I went down and explained.

I love the decorations and historic feel to the property.

I would’ve loved if the breakfast included would’ve had more option to select from or even a menu to select from. I would’ve also been nice if there was some kind of pool area but probably not feasible for the space.

The property is beautiful. The staff, including the morning server were extremely friendly. I even got food poisoning and one of the staff members accompanied me to a doctor’s clinic. The rooms were enchanting but also the property is haunted which made the stay more unpredictable and fun.

I didn’t like the location. There wasn’t near by restaurants or bar (walking distance). Breakfast was included in the stay but it was the same menu everyday. Also the hot water would take a while to work.

Beautiful mansion that was converted into a boutique hotel! Lots of history and great location! Walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops, downtown and churches! Hotel employees are very nice and friendly. Very clean and good breakfast. Will definitely stay again! Love it!!

A beautiful old mansion turned into a hotel. Rooms are filled with paintings and old furniture. You feel like spending a night at a museum there. The hotel has a rooftop overlooking the Centro and the cathedral.

The rooms are stunning. Very comfortable and quiet. Great location for walking with lots of food and entertainment nearby. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Very weak wifi and even though there was a sign that states wait for hot water, we never got any.

Casa Pedro Loza is a very beautiful classical house. It is furnished exquisitely. Like typical old Mexican houses is it built all around the patio. Breakfast was included and very good.

No drinking glasses in the room. No bath mat. The lighting in bathroom not great. We had cold water on our second morning. The mattress was very short and hence my husband was quite uncomfortable.

Went for anniversary, it was very good pleasant stay

There was a noise in wall between our room (9) and the public restrooms at morning That wake us up and the crew didn't knew what was the problem
