The room is spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location in the city. Has it's own underground parking lot with convenient elevator access.

The entire building shakes a little when heavy vehicles driving at high speed drive by the building.

Clean room, good amenities. Good price given the season (semana santa). Excelent breakfast buffet

Bed was unconfortable, the plastic below the sheets was very unconfortable. And the pillows were not good. Also, the AC had a terrible sound when activated into cool mode.

Nothing to dislike

The location was very poor, in a industrial zone where you did not have any restaurant or bar nearby and you had to walk at least two kms to find a burger king or mcdonald. The breakfast was poor and everyday the same stuff- if one has to stay for a week, will be bored of eating the same thing again and again. The service in the breakfast room was very very poor and items were not replenished quickly- you had to ask to do so. No choice of bread, no toaster, no cheese/ham. Coffee was very poor in taste, fresh fruits almost missing etc etc.

A bit run down.

The size of the room is by far bigger then what you get somewhere else. The housekeeping ladies have been very nice and accommodating.

Good breakfast until 10 am, we came once at 09:30 and the 5 dishes they offer as buffet were all almost empty. When I asked if they will refill some the food as they just told me "no" and thats it. No one in the hotel actually speaks English. The hotel is located next to a very busy street. If a bigger truck or big commercial bus passes those street the entire room (facing NOT the street) starts to vibrate, which you literally feel at night in your bed.

The lady who works at checking (with the glasses and unhappy look) was very cold on arrival. That turned the whole experience unpleasant. no hello, no smile, just rushed me thru the checkin process. The shower door does not close due to age and rot, and that causes water to spill out onto the ground everywhere
