Everything was good. Everyone was friendly. All guests had good manners so it was quiet at night. The location was perfect. The price was so reasonable. There is a refrigerator and many tools for cooking. Hand soap and paper towels were provided in the bathroom. You can drink water every time and you can fill the water if you have your own water bottle. Breakfast fruits were fresh.

It would be perfect if there were curtains on each bed for personal privacy.

Really fun. I've rarely stayed in hostels but wanted a cheap place to stay when I got emergency dental work. It was a great location, welcoming by staff and other guests and comfortable.

Occasionally I noticed and heard others off hours. The bathroom garbages need to be emptied more frequently. My only complaints! Thanks

It was so clean, the staff work together so well and are all very nice. The common areas are great to see the fireworks and also can see the ocean from the top level. Breakfast is toast, cereal, fruit and coffee. A real treat rather than just pancakes.

The bunk beds are low so you can not sit up without hitting your head.

What a great hostel! Extremely clean, soap and hand towels fully stocked in all the bathrooms. Good locations, simple breakfast included, filtered water to top up bottles and lovely roof terrace. Friendly, social hostel.

Extra cost for luggage storage if after checkout. This didn't affect us but may be worth noting for some travellers if this is a service they need to use.

I enjoyed the vibe of the people and specially staff, they were very welcoming and friendly, always organizing adventures for each day. Location was perfect for all we planned it's close to parties, beaches, restaurants, etc.

The air condition should run all day as the place is super hot and the price on my reservation didn't match the final price i had to pay. Also they were receiving only cash which made it more difficult :(

The fact that they organize activities is something you definitely appreciate. The breakfast is good, eggs, coffee, toasts or cereal and some fruits, In the beds I think there were many mosquitoes, but it is not something that the hostel can control, I took my own repellent and had no problem, the location is unbeatable.

It is the BEST place. Clean/ near everything/ nice helpful staff/activities every day. The manager Dave even help me out with a situation which i dearly appreciate. The Best breakfast eggs/ juice /fruits/Nutela/ peanuts butter coffee all . Air con at night but not too cold confortable The kichen always clean. I will always come back here

The warm welcome from the entire team, location with proximity to everything, plenty of room to lounge & rooftop deck to enjoy the view of the ocean and sunsets to connect with travelers from all over the world, Breakfast included fresh fruit and nice coffee to start the day, cleaned twice or more daily with comfortable beds and AC if needed.

Everything was excellent in my opinion. I left feeling happy with my stay.

Casa Kraken is the best hostel in Puerto Vallarta downtown. The hostel is very clean and the staff are great . I stayed 4 night and I really enjoyed at the hostel. I highly recommend case Kraken hostel.

Friendly staff and guests, the place is clean and beds comfy. AC is only on at night but is great once turned on. Staff are great at recommending beaches to visit and places to eat.

Only a short stay but there were no activities while I was there.
