The hotel is located on an unassuming street in old town PV. When you first arrive you have to pull the mission bell to gain entrance to the courtyard of this old style beautiful Mexican hacienda. It is absolutely stunning, has lots of tucked away common areas with patios and or pools to relax. We also enjoyed a beautiful evening on the roof top restaurant overlooking PV and the ocean while being serenaded by a Mariachi band. It was incredible.

Situated in an authentic neighborhood ( not many left) on the hillside above the main plaza and cathedral means amazing views and sunsets and just a 2-3 walk down stairs to the centre of everything. Great location! Finally, a hotel with old style values, lovely linens, turn down with handmade chocolates, the ability to have meals anywhere on the property, antique silverware… all the old worlde details that make it so unique. Everything spotless with immaculate gardens. Staff are a joy! Kind, attentive and pour a mean margarita! Pools are pristine and quiet, hard to believe you are in the centre of a bustling tourist town.

The food experience was not great. Breakfast was fine with fresh cut fruit and juice etc but both the lunch and dinner were a little lacking. We did not have dinner in the main restaurant but the live mariachi music ( that we could hear) made up for any inadequacies

Staff & accommodations were excellent. The staff is superb. My husband leff his phone in a taxi that we got, the hotel did not order it for us. The staff went above & beyond to help us find the phone which was an impossible task. They did track it down & my husband got his phone back. And the entire staff is superb in Every way. Everything g was excellent.

OMG our stay there was fantastic. Completely exceeded our expectations. The property is so beautiful, filled with stunning art and antiques, fountains and pools. So many lovely spaces to relax and enjoy. And the staff was equally incredible. They could not do enough for their guests. Warm and friendly and always on hand to provide excellent service.

Absolutely nothing we did not like. It was perfect.

What an exceptional property! Me and my wife celebrated our anniversary in the San Miguel Presidential Suite…amazing. The large ocean view patio, the rooftop hot tub, the views, the location, the wonderful staff, the well appointed suites and grounds. Truly a special place!

Wonderful quality accommodation and dining experience. Friendly staff. Beautiful gardens, swimming pools and antiques to admire.

House guests would drink in the pool with loud conversation and music playing. Restaurant tipping was not transparent, the bill you sign for is different to what is charged to your room (after you have tipped staff in cash). Suggest the menu needs to note that 20% gratuity is added to all restaurant bills. Concierge/reception were empowered to fix up the issue which we appreciated.

Breakfast was just ok. The food and wine at the diner restaurant was just ok.

better pastries for breakfast . Pastries were warm but soggy. brighter light at bed for reading.

The facility is beautiful - each room is unique. We had the Angel View Suite which has a nice view of the bay. The room is quite large and very open and private. We opted for breakfast in the room and it was perfect. Everyone is super helpful.

I can't think of anything I did not like.

the property is beautiful, well maintained and very peaceful. it’s like an oasis in the middle of the city. great breakfast brought to our room.

nothing not to like. be prepared for lots of stairs within the property. if you’re walking in the area, be ready for a hike! we enjoyed it but it can be difficult and sweaty! we’re in great shape and it was still a workout although streets and area is beautiful.
