We loved the location, away from the most touristy area of ZR but with tons to do nearby including some hikes, the art studios, bars, restaurants, and just a short walk from both the Malecon as well as the area where all the buses pick up. We loved the room, the AC was really nice to have, and the rooftop was incredible - we even saw jumping whales from the roof.

The noise from the construction next door was loud, but we were mostly gone during the daytime so it was really only a bother in the mornings.

Rooftop was awesome, breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, proximity to everything downtown was perfect. This is the place to stay.

The plumbing is a little temperamental, but that's to be expected in the city like this. Easy to deal with when compared to how amazing everything else was.

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite which was comfortable and had everything we needed! It was more like a small studio apartment. Continental style breakfast is offered every morning on the rooftop. The rooftop and pool were beautiful with excellent views. Would definitely come back again!

Our room had a small window facing to the public stairs so other guests could potentially see in. The water temperature and pressure in the shower was unreliable.

- No privacy. People walking up to the roof can peek into your apartment and right into your bedroom. And believe me - they do! - No blackout curtains. As soon as the sun is up it’s bright daylight everywhere - Water pressure in the shower is suuuuper low - House keeping was a bit random. Not changing the towels every day, only replacing some of the amenities. - Breakfast could be nicer - Instructions on what you are allowed to use on the terrace (fridge, bbq, etc.) and how were lacking entirely…

There was nothing completely awful. The communication with the administration of the building could be better. For example, we asked for help to wash our clothes and we never obtained a reply.

i really love the industrial design, simple & comfy. the location is also very strategic, very close to the beach, restaurants and the plaza de armas. I used the pool throughout my stay because I really love the view from the rooftop!

The location is very scentric and it has great view of the crown cathedral. The pool and terrace area were cute.

My room was named the loft, which is confusing since I thought they were talking about a loft and not my room name been the loft. All other rooms had unique names. The breakfast was just coffee tea and fruit.

We like the place, our room Canario PH is big. And on the top floor, the views are amazing! View from our room was amazing also.

If you have problems with stairs, this is not a place for you. the free breakfast wasn't that great. But again, it's free.

Newly built or recently renovated small condo like property in the heart of old downtown PV. There are five beautiful studio suites that were well appointed with a full kitchen and everything you need. There was very little interaction with other guests or staff. Private roof top oasis with pool and amazing view. This place was very clean, well decorated and felt secure. Beaches, restaurants and other venues are within walking distance.

Lots and lots of stairs to get to upper rooms and rooftop pool. No elevator. The only ground floor room was the one I was given. This room faced the street at street level and was very noisy. No blackout curtains. I slept with earplugs & eye mask. For informational purposes: This property is self service & is self check in. Housekeeping was the only staff I interacted with. All other communication with support staff is done through email or text messaging. Read all emails and understand the processes. It is difficult find even via taxi, make sure you study its location. I’d definitely stay here again, but on an upper floor.

Very well designed and decorated boutique hotel with fantastic roof top terrace with pool overlooking the ocean. Delicious continental mini breakfast served on the terrace good enough to start the day.
