The view was breathtaking the room was clean and comfortable It’s up a bit of a hill but a $5.00 taxi ride from anywhere in Centro or the Romantic zone so not really an issue. The neighborhood is safe and interesting to walk around.

Had to ask for some missing items like toilet paper, kitchen towels. They were brought right away with no problem at all. Also our toaster was broken. Honestly just small stuff.

We really like the view and the patio with plenty of chairs and seating. The pool was nice and even though we didn't see the staff, they were very attentive via text messages.

We stayed for 5 nigbts and the lack of bathroom amenities such as extra bath towels, beach towels, etc. was inconvenient, considering people might want to take a shower more than once a day especially at a beach destination. You could probably request new towels, but we only saw the notice for daily cleaning fee on the instructions, so weren't sure if we would be charged. I guess we could have asked. Also, it would have been nice to have an ironing board and a closet to hang our clothes rather than a rack with 6 hangers. That being said, if you're not bringing lots of shirts or apparel that needs hanging, you should be fine!

I got this place for the views, and they were stunning - especially from the patio at the top of the building. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and I appreciated the hot plate and coffee maker in the kitchenette. The blackout shades worked well, which was necessary during the hottest part of the day. Though I didn't use the pool, it looked clean and inviting and the outside lounge area was cool and also had great views. Nice staff.

Would have liked a filtered water source in the kitchen for refilling bottles. As has been noted by others, the shower could be annoying but there was plenty of hot water every time.

We loved our stay at La Casa Blanca. The location is wonderful. In the hills above the PV Malecon. Easy access to the restaurants and shops near the Malecon and we felt like we were staying in a Mexican neighborhood. The air conditioning and WIFI worked well and our shower always had lots of hot water. Our little kitchen was well stocked with dishes . It has a 2 burner stovetop, a small fridge, a coffee maker and toaster, tea and coffee . During the day there is friendly and helpful staff at the hotel and it was easy to access staff with WhatsApp. The pool was cool but is a wonderful oasis after a hot day of touring around PV. The view from the pool patio looks down onto the bay and is spectacular. We saw whales and enjoyed wonderful sunsets. From La Casa Blanca it is a straight walk down hill to the center of the Malecon about a five minute walk. The walk back to the hotel is steep in parts but is also a wonderful area to walk through with small restaurants, art galleries and shops. We stayed in room #3 ,the apartment with mountain view . We did not have the spectacular view of the bay from our room but we enjoyed the mountain view .Our room looked out onto a small fenced community court yard where local kids road their bikes, played soccer , had dance lessons and adults set up a net and played pickle ball one day.. It was wonderful to feel like we were in a community not just in a tourist area. La Casa Blanca is a property with character that makes you feel like you are living with the locals in the PV hills.

They do appear to have some problems with the drains in the building. It is a common problem in Mexico. The shower drain was slow and needed more than one try to fix it. We arrived to the hotel at 6 pm and at that time there was no staff there to greet us. Be aware that if you are keeping your phone in airplane mode use the WIFI at the airport to access WhatsApp for instructions about how to access the room key at the hotel. The location can be difficult for Ubers and taxis to find. Bottled water was not supplied . Water is easy to buy in the lobby during the day or at the near by convenience stores.

We were greeted promptly by a fella at arrival. He gave an excellent introduction to our lodging space. Our view was absolutely amazing! Wow! The bedding was extremely comfortable. It was nice that coffee and coffee maker was provided in the room. The space was well thought-out and had everything we needed. Throughout our stay the hostess, Yvonne, was top notch! She was so kind, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. There is a great little cafe at the bottom of the hill from the property that has a great breakfast and just across the street from that is a little taco spot that was delicious as well.

The lodging was absolutely perfect!

I loved the view from the window and patio, it was stunning. The bed and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, I slept like a KING. The woman who cleaned my room (Ileana) was very kind and hard-working. Dolores, a woman I saw a few times on some afternoons was also very friendly and lovely. There was a small café (Luzlo) nearby which I loved and the owner was super friendly.

I didn't like the uphill climb to get there, BUT it's what gives you some glute/hamstring exercise and the beautiful view of Banderas Bay, so in the end, I liked it.

Fabulous location with amazing outdoor space and views across the whole of Puerto Vallarta. Very clear instructions on how to find the property. Very friendly staff. An incredibly comfortable bed and huge room & bathroom, with great kitchenette.

Very little to point out, was a shame there wasn’t anyone on site to staff the bar or at least instructions on how guests could serve themselves and pay. The room could have been cleaned on the second day but wasn’t but equally it wasn’t clear on how to request the service.

The bed was super comfortable. The airport conditioning worked well. The view was lovely from one side. We had a kitchenette area, which is always a nice addition.

There is a huge hill to climb on a very rough road to get up to accommodations. The water doesn't smell very good. They only give you one bottled water a day per person. There was a colony of tiny ants parading up and down in the corner of the bathroom, but they stayed in their corner

I loved the terrace! Swimming pool needs some repairs/maintenance, some of the glass tiles were coming off but it was clean. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Suite #6 “facing the mountain “is locking privacy, unless the blinds are down always, this suite is facing a busy street, is noisy and basketball court in front of balcony adds more noise late at night. Sliding glass doors do not have sound proof barriers.

La Casa Blanca was beautiful - I only stayed one night, but wished that I was able to stay longer. The room was very spacious with windows that overlooked the bay. It was very bright and clean. Lovely kitchenette area and table. The bed was very comfortable. The best part was the outdoor jacuzzi. I didn't get a chance to swim in the pool, but it was very clean and the area was well kept. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! There is also a cute cafe less than a block away which was perfect!

No cons. Everything was fabulous.
