Great location about 4 blocks from the malecon, breakfast is simple but enough to get your day started. The rooms are amazing, brand new and have everything you need. Very spacious quiet and clean.

Horrible organization for the check-in process. If you arrive after 4pm (when cleaning staff leaves) and no one has provided the code for the front gate, you are not going to get in. Also, property manager does not respond. MAKE SURE YOU GET A CODE AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR KEYS BEFORE ARRIVING.

Excellent walking location to the Malecon, local shopping, tacos, and it’s not high up on the hill making it nice to walk back to your room. Simple instructions to self check-in after hours, comfortable bed, full quirky beautiful suite with multiple large beautiful windows with views of plants and numerous vegetation. Kitchen fully stocked if needed, with a private sitting and eating area outside suite. Breakfast was simple but nice upstairs with a little view of the ocean complimented with fresh coffee or tea with fresh cream (not in the tiny plastic peel off containers) local brown sugar, yogurt, fruit salad (papaya, pineapple), granola, bread for toast with butter and jam. Excellent large air conditioner. Stayed Saturday night so no construction as they are building a huge condo building next door. This place is a gem and I will be back.

Air conditioner was missing the battery slip cover and after the batteries fell out it, the remote would not back turn on. After many multiple combination tries of reinserting the batteries different ways it still wouldn’t turn on. Thankfully we only had 2 hours left of our stay. Most of the television ROKU remote control buttons do not work so we couldn’t watch tv.

Great place! It was actually my two friends who stayed in this room, we were in another place down the street, but I visited their place here many times and it was excellent! Housekeeping every day kept the place perfectly clean. The air conditioners were VERY good. Had to turn them down a bit actually cause it was getting to cold haha. Nice kitchen. Two bathrooms in this one. Easy to get in and out. Main courtyard is secure, so you have multiple doors/gates between you and the world, so nice and safe. Rooftop was cool too.

Pool is down the road in another property. Also, "Breakfast" is just a piece of white bread sitting by a toaster lol. Does not deserve to be called a free breakfast. Tons of construction noise next door for a multi-story building being built. November 2024. Does not seem anywhere near finished, so judge your stay accordingly.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 5 star B&B. If you love real Mexico you'll love this place in a low-middle class old neighborhood working to create charm and value in a tourist town. They have created a serene and classy atmosphere with all the amenities needed for a lengthy stay, including an efficient well-outfitted kitchen and eating area. a very functional if small bathroom and a very comfortable bedroom. The azotea is lovely with dessert roses of impressive size.

Not really a "didn't like" but just be prepared that there is no one on the property to let you in after 2 PM so check WhatsApp and email for codes to get in the entrance and to get access to the room keys.

Really nice accomodation, , a lot of space and well equipped. As well very clean and tidy. The position is also really good, just 5 min to the Malencon and 10 to the church of Puerto Vallarta. The staff was also really kind and help us with our request

The only thing is that the main entrance is a big window that overlooks to the inside garden, but you can easily see through from both sides. I suggest to put like a curtain or cover the window with a mirror film to solve the problem.

We loved the location as everything was within walking distance. The after hours check in was easy. The property was clean and breakfast had healthy choices. Communication using WhatsApp was prompt. We would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately there was construction in the area which was noisy and beyond the Casitas’s control.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night, easy to sleep. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. I felt safe there which is important as a solo traveller. It was located in a nice local neighborhood just a few blocks off the malecon and a couple of tiendas within a block. Breakfast was offered, however, I didn't partake in it as I had brought my own breakfast.

The only thing I can think of was that the pillows were small and a bit flimsy but I put two together and problem solved! Otherwise nothing else of note.

Casitas Miramar is a lovely place, very neat and clean. Like many places in Vallarta you have to climb stairs to get to the place and the outside street doesn’t represent how lovely this place is. As you enter you feel like you are entering a peaceful green environment, it patios and decoration is so neat, peaceful. Great place to stay, but not recommended for disable people as you either climb the stairs or will need to be transported by a vehicle to the door.

The outside streets, it is close to almost everything but streets are full of cracks, stairs, road is not paved but rocks, if raining in the area is dangerous, but large part of Vallarta old town is like that :)

Very nice apartment with awesome rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean. Free breakfast daily, the bed was super comfortable, close walking distance to everything but not in the loud zone. Highly recommend!

The only thing that lost it one point was the shower pressure wasn't great but you can't do much about that. It was always hot so that was good!

We liked the tropical feel, roof top terrace was very relaxing and amazing. Our studio was very comfortable, modern, King size bed was very comfy. Modern bathroom- great shower( hot water and shower pressure was great)! There is a full size washer/dryer on the property!! Internet was very fast!! The staff -maids were amazing! took care of us very well. Thank you Alba and Brisa very taking great care of our studio,beautiful graden and complimentary breakfast!! TY!!!
