The cleaning staff was amazing keeping our room very clean and even doing our dishes! Front desk was very helpful. They got a hot plate brought to the room after we asked 3 different times. The location was handy to everything so didn't need to take a taxi anywhere all week! The morning coffee available was very good coffee and much appreciated! The nice cold, good drinking water available to refill our bottles was great to have handy in the common area. Loved the air conditioning. It was a cool, quiet, restful place to get off the hustle and bustle of the street life.

The room had no couch or window/balcony to the outside. We couldn't use the outdoor patio because of construction. The staff talking loudly woke us up every morning.

The customer service from the staff was wonderful! They were available to help with every need or question we had. They even let us store our suitcases on the last day so that we could enjoy one last walking adventure before heading to the airport in the afternoon. You can't beat the location. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and the malacon were all within a few steps of the hotel. It was a beautiful walk to the Romantica area from where we stayed.

Although I could tell all the sheets were washed and clean, the bed spread and sheet had stains on it. The walls also had smears and stains on it which were a bit off putting. There was nothing to wash the dishes with, so I was hesitant to brave using any of the glasses provided. The beds/rooms could have used some kind of extra blanket, as not everyone can sleep with just a sheet and the A/C on.

Location, location, location! The staff were also super friendly and helpful!

Given the central location of the property, the noise level was over the top at times! Also having the room atop of a casino does not really help!

Fantastic location, in the heart of Centro, 2 minutes to the beach. Helpful and welcoming staff. Spacious room with a fridge. VERY clean everywhere (in the room and all common areas), well maintained.

Wifi was very spotty in the evening (but worked fine in the morning). It would be nice to have a desk and chair in the room.

Perfect location for those who want to be at the heart of the action. Right at the start of the Malecon boardwalk and close to all the tourist attractions. Steps from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Starbucks just next door for your morning coffee! The family suite was large and nicely laid out for privacy, with the master bedroom upstairs. The balcony looked out at the sea and the Malecon boardwalk. Our suite had 2 rooms each with a full ensuite bathroom. Beds were super comfy and each room had its own air conditioning and ceiling fans.

For us it was perfect! However, if you have mobility issues, this might not be the hotel for you. There is an elevator that goes up past the first flight of stairs, but to get to our suite we had three more (small) flights of stairs. In addition some of the suites, including ours, had stairs leading up to the entry doors. The suite itself had two levels with stairs leading up to the balcony and master bedroom.

Location is superb. Everything is walkable and beach is also right there. Room was upgraded to a newly renovated and very modern space. Definitely good value!!!

Enrique and his staff were helpful and attentive. really enjoyed the suite with a balcony overlooking the small park. I stayed a few months back and they were working on the second story patio, which was Fabulous. Has become one of my Fav properties to stay at in PV

I pretty muched liked everything. Could have a better selection of sweeteners and really cream for the coffee area, but that's all I can come up with!

The closeness to the malecon.

Front desk receptionist CRISTINA. Rude, no sense of humility, no sense of customer service. Since we entered the lobby she was rude and disrespectful. The other two. We're awesome. I arrived Thursday at 250pm. Cristina checked us in, horrible experience. Gentleman that relieved her at 3pm AWESOME PERSONALITY!!!!!! On our way out on Friday July 25th at 12pm the two receptionists were completely friendly, awesome customer service skills.

Very attentive staff; helped me through the process of how everything was in the room. Beds were really comfortable and room service was really great!

Wish the windows were sound proof as you can hear a lot of noise late at night.

Initially given a room with no windows or balcony, but when I showed our voucher (which included a balcony) to the front desk, we were given a much better room. Rooms along the north side of the building are adjacent to a very noisy roadway
