the room was clean and Air conditioning worked

it’s far from Santa Cruz, the WiFi does not reach the rooms unless you stayed in rooms close to the lobby.

very clean bathrooms and beds, good modern look. great ocean view from room. pool was very clean and the private beach was very clean and well kept. swimmable water. friendly staff at bar and restaurant! great food and drinks:)

the walk to the pool and beach is up and down a long drive way. we also got locked out of our room at the back door onto the balcony the first hour we were there. We weren’t warned it automatically locks from the outside, good thing we had a phone on us to call for help.

The hotel is a small size resort, got a two bed room that I would find small for 4 people Their employees, most of them (reception people is drown in power) You can see a beautiful sunrise and most rooms are within the main jungle area so wild animals can be seen and heard

Having to walk down a ramp next to the building to reach the restaurant, beach and other amenities. In this area they only have one set of restrooms for everything and everyone apparently (the restaurant’s basement) so it meant having to climb up from the beach and their risky stairs or if in the pool, and then some stairs up and down to get there. That’s ridiculous. Services are limited and they have not enough staff. They went with the cheapest when it came to the new year’s dinner, which wasn’t really attractive for most guests who returned to their rooms instead of stay in common areas.

The pool was lovely, staff was wonderful, rooms were cleaned well each day, stunning views of the ocean, buffet breakfast was usually very good.

Wifi was not reliable in the rooms. Starlink is the way to go.towel hangers should be in the bathrooms, as I didn't need fresh towels everyday.a door from the pool to the washrooms would be good, so you don't need to walk up by the restaurant in your bathing suit. How about a bar set up near reception (business area), so we can enjoy a cocktail in the evening instead of going all the way down to the ocean bar.

The property is in a private setting with its own private beach access & 8 min by taxi to town & less than 30 min to the airport. It is a lovely place on a hilly terrain which requires the hotel shuttle to access the one restaurant, Corales, and the beach. It is less than 5 min walk from the room to the restaurant or beach. The king bedroom was very comfortable and large. The staff is great, the property is clean, safe, and the breakfast is plenty. Depending on the vacancy and season there is sometimes a breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay on this trip and chose to return for the last two nights before flying back out. A good place to enjoy for few days.

The beach itself is rocky and good for snorkeling but need caution when swimming. The beach set up is very small barely has enough chairs for 8 people. However, there is one more beach access that was not clean, plastic and trash all around. Management requires to send staff on a regular basis to clean both the beach side and garbage bins. One more very important and annoying issue during breakfast, especially for those who are allergic to bee stings. Bees are all around during breakfast on the plates in your juice drinks, anything that has sugar. Very poor bee management and the property needs to do a better job controlling the bee population, or set up bee feeders.

Meals were really great and service excellent. The views from our room were beautiful, and the beach was amazing. You have to take a taxi to other beaches because the one in the hotel has many rocks, but just for a few dollars. 'La Entrega' and 'El Arrocito' beaches were so beautiful and very close to the hotel. The pool was fantastic.

My only recommendation, it would be great if the orange juice and green juice were not diluted 🙂

The private beach is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. The beds were really soft.

The staff weren't very nice. I traveled with my mom, who has difficulty walking, and the path to the beach, pool and dining area was very steep. The receptionist never told us there was a shuttle that could take us down. There were two other families with similar issues, two of them used wheelchairs and they weren't told about the shuttle. Another time, we requested the shuttle and were told it had gone out to get gas and they made us wait 30 minutes but I could see the shuttle from the reception area. Also, the WiFi never worked, we took a Chromecast to connect to the tv and could never set it up because the WiFi kept disconnecting.

Food was tremendous. Oaxacan food night was the best. Tlayudas were so gooooood. Beach was nice, path to top of the ridge was really beautiful. Henry the lifeguard was really nice and helpful. Showed me how to safely snorkel and see fish in rough waves. Juan and Alexis from the dinner staff were so professional and welcoming.

The only thing that could have been better is maybe putting some fans in the restaurant at night. It was so humid and hot everyone was sweating eating dinner. But that was not that bad.

Beautiful property with amazing ocean views. Rooms are large, layout is great and beds are very comfortable. Wonderful and very friendly service especially from Jazz at the front desk and Joel in the restaurant.

Increased shuttle service is recommended to transport guests to and from the restaurant/pool/beach areas to hotel. We found the breakfast to be very satisfactory with the exception of the amount of bees the food was attracting. Ate at the evening buffet once, food was great but overpriced.

The hills to and from the resort even though there is a very speedy shuttle. The restaurant down away from the Hotel is kinda of out of the way
